Adam Schiff
Adam Bennett Schiff (born June 2, 1960) is a member of the United States House of Representatives from California's 28th district and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) in the 116th Congress. Schiff is known for what many have described as his psychotic stare. Schiff came to national notoriety by cooking up "drug deals" in the closed-door basement bunker of the U.S. Capitol to overthrtow American democracy. Schiff was elected with the Democratic Socialists of America support. Has enjoyed some Iranian-linked PAC support and works closely with Communist Party of China-connected Committee of 100.[1]
In the 116th Congress, Nancy Pelosi appointed Schiff chair of the House Intelligence Committee. The committee was supposed to be looking into "Russian hacking" and the Obama administration's domestic political spying. In the aftermath of Hillary Clinton's 2016 Presidential election loss, Democrats, Obama intelligence operatives, and the Progressive media put out the fake news story that "Russians hacked the DNC." Such reports were subsequently discredited.[2] In 2018 it was reported Schiff sought to obtain nude photos of President Trump from a foreign source to affect an election.[3][4]
Schiff is a far-leftist and prominent spokesperson for authoritarian and totalitarian ideology. Despite the fact Mr. Gorbachev tore down the Berlin Wall in 1988, Schiff believes Russia is a threat to Western Europe and built his entire impeachment coup case against President Trump on that false premise.[5] The indictments by Special Counsel John Durham exposed Schiff as a complete fraud and liar.[6]
According to Adam Schiff, President Trump offered to give Alaska to Russia.[7]
Ukraine collusion
Pasternak
In 2014 Schiff pushed for the U.S. to arm Ukrainian neo-nazis in defiance of President Obama’s reluctance to do so.[8][9] Ukrainian arms merchant, Igor Pasternak made several deals with the Ukrainian government to sell his airships to conduct surveillance.[10] Pasternak hosted a fundraiser for Schiff with a $2,500 per head admission fee.[11]
Ciaramella
In January 2016 before the presidential primaries began, Eric Ciaramella hosted Ukrainian officials at the White House to urge them to open an investigation on a political rival,[12] Paul Manafort, and close an investigation into Hunter Biden. The Obama FBI reopened an investigation into Manafort at the same time which it previously had closed in 2014 finding no evidence of wrongdoing.[13] John Solomon reported,
Schiff's staff colluded with Ukrainians the week of August 23 to August 31, 2019. While in Ukraine on the taxpayer dime digging up dirt from foreigners on his enemies to influence the 2020 election, Schiff tweets on August 28 about Trump and Giuliani, kicking off Deep State coup 2.0.

At a White House National Security Council meeting called by National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in February 2017, Ciaramella was overheard discussing a plot to subvert President Trump's foreign policy and remove him from office with Sean Misko, who left the White House in 2019 to join Schiff's staff and conspired with Ciaramella in a bogus "whistleblower" complaint to remove President Trump from office.[16][17]
When Special Counsel Robert Mueller failed to deliver any impeachable charges against President Trump in 2019, Ciaramella delivered a whistleblower complaint to Sen. Richard Burr of the Senate Intelligence Committee and Adam Schiff, marked "urgent concern" alleging collusion between President Trump and President Zelensky of Ukraine.[18] The Intelligence community Inspector General (ISIG) and Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) determined the complaint was not of "urgent concern" and DNI James McGuire acted properly.[19] The Dept. of Justice Office of Legal Counsel strongly rebuked ICIG Michael Atkinson’s original granting whistleblower status based on hearsay. interpretation of his responsibility with the complaint. In the OLC opinion, they point out that Atkinson’s internal justification for accepting the whistleblower complaint was poor legal judgement.
The whistleblower complaint was fabricated to deliver an outcome in the same way the Steele Dossier was fabricated to deliver an outcome. Lee Smith explains in The New York Post that 'Trump-Ukraine' became necessary because the Trump-Russia ‘obstruction’ failed. What Democrats and their fake news media allies really want is to torpedo Attorney General William Barr’s probe into the origins of the Russian collusion hoax. The whistleblower complaint and news reports of a call to Australia both serve the same dual-purpose: to advance the anti-Trump conspiracy and to shield its perpetrators by smearing Barr and discrediting his investigation into the origins of Spygate.[20]
The whistleblower’s written complaint, based entirely on hearsay, presents Trump’s request that the Ukrainian leader work with Barr to “get to the bottom” of the collusion hoax as part of the alleged quid pro quo. That suggests the whistleblower and his confreres in the intelligence apparatus are worried about Barr's investigation and what it will uncover about their spying on the Trump campaign. The FBI's investigation began in July 2016, based on a tip from Alexander Downer, then Australia's envoy to Britain. He alleged that Trump volunteer George Papadopoulos told him that the Russians had damaging information on Clinton.

Buck was finally arrested and charged after a third gay African American man overdosed on methamphetamine in his home. The first two died and Democrat prosecutors never filed any charges.[21]
The story of Ed Buck, a major California-based Democrat donor, is illustrative. Buck has contributed heavily to Democrats in the Los Angeles area, as well as to more prominent politicians such as Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D., Ariz.), Rep. Ted Lieu (D., Calif.) and House Intelligence Committee chair Adam Schiff.[22] In 2017 two gay black men were found dead in Buck's home just months apart. Following the deaths, a number of young gay black men came forward and said that Buck has a "fetish for shooting drugs into black men he picks up off the street or hookup sites." A mother of one of the deceased filed a civil suit against Buck accusing the liberal donor of human trafficking and revenge porn, CBS News reports. The wrongful death suit was filed after the heavily Democratic area district attorney's office said there was insufficient evidence to bring charges against Buck.[23]
According to court filings, Ed Buck had at least 10 victims, would drug them while they were unconscious and was known locally as “Doctor Kevorkian”.[24]
In 2009 Schiff introduced Dr. Ed Bruce Hensel at a rally as his "good friend."[25] Hensel worked for 29 years as NBC's chief medical correspondent. He was arrested for soliciting sexually explicit photos from a 9-year-old girl.[26]
Impeachment scam
To negate the bad news stories coming out about the Obama administration, Clinton campaign, and DNC illegal activities during the 2016 presidential election, Schiff opened an impeachment inquiry of President Trump without an authorization by the full House of Congress. Schiff's intelligence committee is not the committee of jurisdiction handling impeachment probes under constitutional due process.
Schiff's handling of his so-called "impeachment inquiry" has violated 6th Amendment due process rights of the accused, denying the right of counsel, to cross-examination, and to present evidence and witnesses. The inquiry was mounted on hearsay and manufactured hearsay evidence. Many have likened the Schiff hearings to the Stalinist show trials of the 1930s. Schiff is a sponsor of the Soviet-style Medicare for All bill. Upon ascending to the chair Schiff said he would only speak with Julian Assange "when he's in chains."[27] When the pre-fabricated term "quid pro quo" failed to catch on with CNN viewers as a basis for abrogating constitutional rights and nullifying elections,[28] Schiff switched to "bribery,"[29][30] the implication evidently being that when the executive branch disburses funds authorized by Congress, the chief executive can be held to account for bribery. A focus group conducted by the DCCC in key swing states of the 2020 presidential election found voters reacted more positively the term "bribery" rather than "quid pro quo" as an impeachable offense.[31]
Schiff threatened ethics complaints against any member who mentioned the alleged whistleblower's name, which made no sense being that Schiff stated he did not know who the whistleblower was.
DNC talking points were immediately dispatched to mainstream media to drop "quid pro quo" and insert "bribery" as the key offense Schiff was looking for. Schiff has been widely criticized for his sexist and bigotted treatment of female elected members of congress during his hearings.[32][33][34][35][36][37]
Schiff argued the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory, insisting President Trump was an agent of Vladimir Putin, in spite of the fact that President Trump escalated Russian sanctions, provided lethal assistance to Ukraine, and is the first American president to ever order the bombing of Russian fighters on the battlefield.
During the Senate trial Schiff alleged Trump offered to give Alaska to Russian.[38]

Russia collusion hoax
The Steele dossier was a collection of fraudulent memos debunked by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller alleging a connection between the Trump campaign and the Russian government to meddle in the 2016 presidential election. The Obama FBI used the manufactured lies as probable cause to violate the civil and constitutional rights of Trump campaign volunteers and President-elect Donald Trump.
Schiff-Simpson collusion
As ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee which investigated Glenn Simpson, Schiff rendezvoused with Simpson at the Aspen Security Forum during July 18–21, 2018 while the veracity of the Steele dossier was still still in question.[39] Simpson oversaw the manufacture of the Steele dossier. Simpson's firm, FusionGPS, paid foreign actors to meddle in the 2016 presidential election.
During the presidential primaries of 2016 the Clinton campaign, DNC, and Obama for America[40] hired Simpson's firm, FusionGPS, to dig up dirt on Donald Trump.[41][42] Simpson's wife, Mary Jacoby visited the Obama White House shortly thereafter.[43] DNC General Counsel Marc E. Elias of Perkins Coie hired FusionGPS for their clients, the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee.[44][45] Through FusionGPS, the Clinton campaign and DNC paid Russians for dirt on Donald Trump. None of the work Fusion did for the Free Beacon was related to Russia or the false allegations of the Steele dossier.[46][47]
Leaking
On December 8, 2017 Schiff leaked to Manu Raju of CNN a story about WikiLeaks and a Don Trump, Jr email. The date on the email was deliberately altered to 10 days earlier. Schiff took the bait in a Sessions DOJ leak investigation and gave it to CNN. This identified the leaker. This also is why the DOJ and FBI were reluctant to comply with House subpoenas because of the presence of known leakers.
The Carter Page FISA warrant application was given to the Senate Intelligence and Judiciary committees in March 2017, but as of July 2018 was never given to the House Intelligence Committee because of Adam Schiff's leaking. As members of the minority, Schiff effectively thwarted the House investigation of Trump-Russia collusion by illegal leaking.
Journalist Glenn Greenwald wrote:
Joseph Mifsud with UK Prime Minister Theresa May. Schiff claimed Mifsud was "an agent of the Kremlin." Schiff is an indefatigable proponent of the most extreme and lunatic conspiracy theories.
"Friday was one of the most embarrassing days for the U.S. media in quite a long time. The humiliation orgy was kicked off by CNN, with MSNBC and CBS close behind, and countless pundits, commentators, and operatives joining the party throughout the day...the Most Trusted Name in News™ spent 12 straight minutes on air flamboyantly hyping an exclusive bombshell report that seemed to prove that WikiLeaks, last September, had secretly offered the Trump campaign, even Donald Trump himself, special access to the Democratic National Committee emails before they were published on the internet. As CNN sees the world, this would prove collusion between the Trump family and WikiLeaks and, more importantly, between Trump and Russia, since the U.S. intelligence community regards WikiLeaks as an “arm of Russian intelligence,” and therefore, so does the U.S. media.
This entire revelation was based on an email that CNN strongly implied it had exclusively obtained and had in its possession. The email was sent by someone named “Michael J. Erickson” — someone nobody had heard of previously and whom CNN could not identify — to Donald Trump Jr., offering a decryption key and access to DNC emails that WikiLeaks had “uploaded.” The email was a smoking gun, in CNN’s extremely excited mind, because it was dated September 4 [2016] — 10 days before WikiLeaks began promoting access to those emails online — and thus proved that the Trump family was being offered special, unique access to the DNC archive: likely by WikiLeaks and the Kremlin. It’s impossible to convey with words what a spectacularly devastating scoop CNN believed it had...There was just one small problem with this story: It was fundamentally false, in the most embarrassing way possible...
The email was not dated September 4, as CNN claimed, but rather September 14 — which means it was sent after WikiLeaks had already published access to the DNC emails online. Thus, rather than offering some sort of special access to Trump, “Michael J. Erickson” was simply some random person from the public encouraging the Trump family to look at the publicly available DNC emails that WikiLeaks — as everyone by then already knew — had publicly promoted. In other words, the email was the exact opposite of what CNN presented it as being.
...Democratic Party pundits, operatives, and journalists with huge social media platforms predictably jumped on the story immediately, announcing that it proved collusion between Trump and Russia (through WikiLeaks). One tweet from Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu, claiming that this proved evidence of criminal collusion, was retweeted thousands and thousands of times in just a few hours (Lieu quietly deleted the tweet after I noted its falsity, and long after it went very viral, without ever telling his followers that the CNN story, and therefore his accusation, had been debunked).Benjamin Wittes of Lawfare, associated with the Brookings Institution, has been in the forefront of the political weaponization of Law providing the sketchy legal framework under which both the 2017 Deep State coup and the 2019 impeachment inquiry were carried out.
Brookings Institution’s Benjamin Wittes, whose star has risen as he has promoted himself as a friend of disgraced former FBI Director Jim Comey, not only promoted the CNN story in the morning, but did so with the word “boom” — which he uses to signal that a major blow has been delivered to Trump on the Russia story — along with a GIF of a cannon being detonated. Incredibly, to this very moment — almost 24 hours after CNN’s story was debunked — Wittes has never noted to his more than 200,000 followers that the story he so excitedly promoted turned out to be utterly false, even though he returned to Twitter long after the story was debunked to tweet about other matters. He just left his false and inflammatory claims uncorrected.
Talking Points Memo’s Josh Marshall believed the story was so significant that he used an image of an atomic bomb detonating at the top of his article discussing its implications, an article he tweeted to his roughly 250,000 followers. Only at night was an editor’s note finally added noting that the whole thing was false.
It’s hard to quantify exactly how many people were deceived — filled with false news and propaganda — by the CNN story. But thanks to Democratic-loyal journalists and operatives who decree every Trump-Russia claim to be true without seeing any evidence, it’s certainly safe to say that many hundreds of thousands of people, almost certainly millions, were exposed to these false claims.
...CBS News claimed that it had independently “confirmed” CNN’s story about the email and published its own breathless article discussing the grave implications of this discovered collusion.
Most embarrassing of all was what MSNBC did. You just have to watch this report from its “intelligence and national security correspondent” Ken Dilanian to believe it. Like CBS, Dilanian also claimed that he had independently “confirmed” the false CNN report from “two sources with direct knowledge of this.” Dilanian, whose career in the U.S. media continues to flourish the more he is exposed as someone who faithfully parrots what the CIA tells him to say (since that is one of the most coveted and valued attributes in U.S. journalism), spent three minutes mixing evidence-free CIA claims as fact with totally false assertions about what his multiple “sources with direct knowledge” told him about all this. Please watch this — again, not just the content but the tenor and tone of how they “report” — as it is Baghdad Bob-level embarrassing.
Think about what this means. It means that at least two — and possibly more — sources, which these media outlets all assessed as credible in terms of having access to sensitive information, all fed the same false information to multiple news outlets at the same time. For multiple reasons, the probability is very high that these sources were Democratic members of the House Intelligence Committee or their high-level staff members [Adam Schiff later admitted to leaking the false information[48]], which is the committee that obtained access to Trump Jr.’s emails, although it’s certainly possible that it’s someone else. We won’t know until these news outlets deign to report this crucial information to the public: Which “multiple sources” acted jointly to disseminate incredibly inflammatory, false information to the nation’s largest news outlets?
...Did these “multiple sources” who fed not just CNN, but also MSNBC and CBS completely false information do so deliberately and in bad faith? Until these news outlets provide an accounting of what happened — what one might call “minimal journalistic transparency” — it’s impossible to say for certain. But right now, it’s very difficult to imagine a scenario in which multiple sources all fed the wrong date to multiple media outlets innocently and in good faith...
No matter your views on those political controversies, no matter how much you hate Trump or regard Russia as a grave villain and threat to our cherished democracy and freedoms, it has to be acknowledged that when the U.S. media is spewing constant false news about all of this, that, too, is a grave threat to our democracy and cherished freedom.
So numerous are the false stories about Russia and Trump over the last year that I literally cannot list them all. Just consider the ones from the last week alone: ABC News suspended a star reporter, Brian Ross, after an inaccurate report that Donald Trump had instructed Michael T. Flynn, the former national security adviser, to contact Russian officials during the presidential race. The report fueled theories about coordination between the Trump campaign and a foreign power, and stocks dropped after the news. In fact, Mr. Trump’s instruction to Mr. Flynn came after he was president-elect. Several news outlets, including Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal, also inaccurately reported this week that Deutsche Bank had received a subpoena from the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, for President Trump’s financial records.
...Here is just a sample of incredibly inflammatory claims that traveled all over the internet before having to be corrected, walked back, or retracted — often long after the initial false claims spread, and where the corrections receive only a tiny fraction of the attention with which the initial false stories are lavished:
*Russia hacked into the U.S. electric grid to deprive Americans of heat during winter (Wash Post)
*An anonymous group (PropOrNot) documented how major U.S. political sites are Kremlin agents (Wash Post)
*WikiLeaks has a long, documented relationship with Putin (Guardian)
*A secret server between Trump and a Russian bank has been discovered (Slate)
*RT hacked C-SPAN and caused disruption in its broadcast (Fortune)
*Russians hacked into a Ukrainian artillery app (Crowdstrike)...
*Links have been found between Trump ally Anthony Scaramucci and a Russian investment fund under investigation (CNN)
That really is just a small sample. So continually awful and misleading has this reporting been that even Vladimir Putin’s most devoted critics — such as Russian expatriate Masha Gessen, oppositional Russian journalists, and anti-Kremlin liberal activists in Moscow — are constantly warning that the U.S. media’s unhinged, ignorant, paranoid reporting on Russia is harming their cause in all sorts of ways, in the process destroying the credibility of the U.S. media in the eyes of Putin’s opposition...
At minimum, these networks — CNN, MSNBC, and CBS — have to either identify who purposely fed them this blatantly false information or explain how it’s possible that “multiple sources” all got the same information wrong in innocence and good faith. Until they do that, their cries and protests the next time they’re attacked as “Fake News” should fall on deaf ears, since the real author of those attacks — the reason those attacks resonate — is themselves and their own conduct."[49]
Xenophobia
Schiff is an extreme Russophobe. Schiff often employs the politics of fear and demonization. Schiff said about the Russia collusion hoax:
"I think of a spider web, with a tarantula in the middle. And the tarantula, in my view, is Vladimir Putin, who is entrapping many people to do his bidding and to engage with him. And I would include those like Roger Stone and Carter Page and Michael Caputo and Wilbur Ross and Paul Manafort and Rex Tillerson."[50]
Russophobia was a key element of Nazi racial theories and propaganda to sow hatred and division.[51] A December 2017 tweet from a Bernie Sanders and Tulsi Gabbard supporter observed:
#AdamSchiff personally profits by spewing #Russia-gate lies. Schiff gets donations from #Ukraine arms dealer Igor #Pasternak, who wants the US to ship more lethal weapons to Kiev's Neo #Nazi regime that kills ethnic Russians.[52]
Fake evidence
Schiff authored the infamous Schiff memo, claiming that the KGB,
"in their approach to Papadopoulos, the Russians used common tradecraft and employed a cut-out,” a “Kremlin-linked…Maltese professor named Joseph Mifsud.”[53]
Lee Smith of Realclearinvestigations.com observes (despite the Schiff memo and Mueller's Statement of Offense against Papadopoulos):
If Mifsud truly is a Russian agent – which is key to the collusion narrative – he could prove to be one of the most promiscuous spies in modern history. Western intelligence agencies and European politicians would have to spend the next few decades repairing the damage he did to global security by infiltrating key institutions and personnel. As of yet, however, there is no indication that any intelligence service has begun the embarrassing, but highly important, assessment of how it was penetrated and how it can re-fortify the vulnerabilities that Mifsud may have exposed. There has been no public effort to arrest him.
Mifsud underwent four days of questioning in the United States by the FBI and was not arrested.
The Washington Post reported,
"Steele, after consulting with Glenn Simpson, reaches out to the FBI about what he has heard."[54]
The Schiff memo denied this fact. Clinton flunky Christopher Steele gave FBI Agent Mike Gaeta a copy of dossier at the offices of Steele's firm, Orbis in London. Permission was given by Victoria Nuland to meet with Steele. Nuland received a copy by mid July 2016 and passed it to FBI.[55][56]
Pelosi Panel
While Adam Schiff was serving on the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Protests and white supremacy, Schiffs longtime confidant and donor, Ed Buck, was finally charged and convicted in the deaths of two unarmed Black men.[57]

THEY’RE SCARED: Democrats And A Certain RINO Are Melting Down Over Tucker Carlson Releasing 41,000 Hours Of J6 Footage
The corporate media and the Democrats’ worst nightmare came true after Speaker Kevin McCarthy gave Tucker Carlson 41,000 hours of unreleased J6 footage.
The January 6th commission led by Democrats and two despicable RINOs (Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger) solely focused on vengeance against President Trump and trying to ensure he went to jail. Revealing the unvarnished truth would have detracted from these efforts.
Carlson, who correctly pointed out the Commission’s obfuscation of the truth months ago, said this to Axios after obtaining the footage:
“There was never any legitimate reason for this footage to remain secret. If there was ever a question that’s in the public’s interest to know, it’s what actually happened on January 6. By definition, this video will reveal it.”

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is screaming that releasing the footage is “MAGA propaganda” and falsely calls Tucker a “pro-Putin” journalist.
Here is far-left Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY) complaining that handing off the J6 footage to Tucker is “as insane as appointing Marjorie Taylor Greene to the Homeland Security Committee.” Both moves, of course, are excellent.
Kinzinger whined that McCarthy should have shared this footage with Congress and compromised “investigators” instead. Of course, the J6 commission had access to this surveillance to begin with but chose to bury it.

We know thousands of dead people voted in all the swing states. We know that more ballots were cast than there are registered voters in those states. And how can anyone explain that 18m more people voted in this election when the median number of voters for the past four elections is around 129m. This time it was 151m! It is simply not possible that 18m more people voted in the 2020 election. So, the reports of Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, perhaps Nevada and Georgia as well, of hundreds of thousands of ballots pre-marked for Biden and no down-ballot candidates suddenly appeared in the wee small hours of Nov. 4 are very likely true. There are at least 300k suspicious Biden votes in PA. How did so many down-ballot Republicans win new House seats and Trump lose? Again, not likley. The voting machines were programmed to flip Trump votes to Biden but Trump’s massive lead on election night triggered the shut-down of counting in those above-named states. Then suddenly, Biden passed up Trump’s 500k lead in PA? Not at all likely.
But liar-in-chief Schiff is out there again accusing Trump of “undermining democracy.” Now that is rich! Adam Schiff's pathological lying heart of darkness
Now that the wholly fabricated case against Gen. Michael Flynn has been dismissed and the 53 transcripts of 73 witnesses who were called to testify against President Trump on Russia collusion have been released, the scope of Adam Schiff's treachery is more clearly than ever blowing up in his face.
He appears not to realize that fact just yet as he is tweeting and making public statements condemning Attorney General Bill Barr for the Flynn dismissal despite the volumes of proof that Flynn was set up and framed by the same crooks who set up and framed Donald Trump. He is still claiming that the transcripts prove Trump's guilt when in fact they prove exactly the opposite. He continues to attack Trump for addressing these revelations while COVID-19 is still ravaging the elderly in nursing homes, as if the two issues were related. His tweet on Sunday:

Schiff is melting down, and it is a marvelous thing to see. For more than three years, long before the hearings, he has pronounced day after day that he has seen absolute proof that Trump is guilty of colluding with Russia to ensure his election victory. Now that the transcripts of the hearings are out there for all to read, we all know that these hearings did not produce a single witness who had knowledge of any evidence that candidate or President Trump had colluded with Russia. Not one. Not James Clapper, not Susan Rice, not one of them who for three years have been accusing Trump of treason had a bit of evidence, heard or seen, that could bolster their talking points. Some of them, like former Department of Defense official Evelyn Farkas and the vainglorious and pompous Col. Alexander Vindman, admitted they had lied, either on the networks or, in Vindman's case, about Trump's words during his phone conversation with Ukraine's President Volodomyr Zelensky. Shouldn't he be charged with perjury? He was under oath. Now we all know that John Podesta admitted in those hearings that the DNC and the Clinton campaign had indeed paid for the phony Steele dossier! And now we know that Obama was pulling the strings of all the moving parts.
We also know now that Schiff knew just days after the "Trump Tower meeting," which Donald, Jr. had attended, that Trump was thoroughly innocent; a translator testified that not a word about "dirt on Hillary" was mentioned. Yet Schiff flogged that horse for years. His contention that there was something sinister about that meeting on the Trump side of things, was just another big Schiff lie. Not that he lacks many partners in the crime to destroy Donald Trump — Brennan, Comey, Clapper, McCabe, et al. But it is Schiff who has been the crazed, bug-eyed face of the Democrats' attempt at impeachment ever since. Just as Mueller knew on day one of his appointment as special counsel that his job was to cover up the Crossfire Hurricane scheme to take Trump down well before the election, Schiff became the point man in the House to carry the water for the big dogs. He was their stooge, their dupe.
The Republicans had the majority in the House from 2016 to 2018, but House speaker Paul Ryan did absolutely nothing to expose the Democrats' deceit; he betrayed those of us who had supported him. There were Republican members of the House in Schiff's subsequent secret hearings following the Russia ones that were just released — Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan, and John Ratcliffe being the superstars. While Schiff was leaking nonstop lies about what he was "learning" from witnesses in all cases, the Republican members of the House Intelligence Committee, whether it was under Nunes or Schiff as controlling parties swapped power in 2019, kept silent. They did call for him to resign but have otherwise kept their frustrations to themselves, bound by the House rules that Schiff freely abused. Schiff spewed his lies night after night on CNN and MSNBC. They knew that the opposite of what he was saying was true, so one has to admire their patience and confidence that the truth would eventually be revealed. Schiff has steadfastly resisted releasing those transcripts on the Russia matter, which had been conducted from 2017–2018 under Nunes's leadership until the acting director of National Intelligence, Rick Grenell, forced his hand. We have Grenell to thank for knowing the truth, or more of it anyway — that not one of those 73 witnesses could or would say he had any knowledge or evidence of any collusion with Russia by the president or his campaign.
In January, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, along with Schiff, the other Democrats, and their acolytes among the media escalated their plan into a full-blown impeachment trial. They were trying to see Trump removed from office for a perfectly appropriate phone conversation with the newly elected president of Ukraine. Schiff orchestrated it with Pelosi's blessings. He got one of his own staff's best pals at CIA to be a faux "whistleblower," -- Eric Ciaramella. He got IG Michael Atkinson to alter the whistleblower form to allow for hearsay tattling. That month Frank Miele wrote a terrific column on Schiff's duplicity that is still today a must-read. He brilliantly exposes Schiff's arrant misuse of Alexander Hamilton quotes and his relentless habit of calling his own opinions facts. The impeachment was a colossal misadventure as deadly serious as was the coup attempt. The arrogance of this crowd will go down in history as the epoch when the corruption of the deep state was exposed for all to see and know.
To be sure, Schiff has friends in high places. His original run for Congress was underwritten by David Geffen, Michael Ovitz and the "gay mafia" at Dreamworks. He is aligned with George Soros and Soros's MoveOn.org. He has ties to Ukraine as well, in particular to Igor Pasternak under whose influence Schiff began lobbying for arms and money for Ukraine. In November 2019, Ukraine officials launched an investigation into a $7.4 billion money laundering scheme connected to the Democrat party, Franklin Templeton and BlackRock firms, both companies in which Schiff held shares. Over these past few days Schiff has been on several pseudo-news programs claiming that thousands of deaths by COVID-19 occurred because President Trump was not impeached! Such a claim is ridiculous on its face. This is a piteous man, a buffoon. He is without a doubt a pathological liar. So far gone is he, he is unable to realize that he’s been caught out, the depth of his unethical scheming has been exposed. Now that the wholly fabricated case against Gen. Michael Flynn has been dismissed and the 53 transcripts of 73 witnesses who were called to testify against President Trump on Russia collusion have been released, the scope of Adam Schiff's treachery is more clearly than ever blowing up in his face.
He appears not to realize that fact just yet as he is tweeting and making public statements condemning Attorney General Bill Barr for the Flynn dismissal despite the volumes of proof that Flynn was set up and framed by the same crooks who set up and framed Donald Trump. He is still claiming that the transcripts prove Trump's guilt when in fact they prove exactly the opposite. He continues to attack Trump for addressing these revelations while COVID-19 is still ravaging the elderly in nursing homes, as if the two issues were related. His tweet on Sunday:
@Adam Schiff: Over 70,000 Americans dead. More than 20 million newly unemployed. No national testing and trace strategy. What was the President's message to the nation. That I am "dirty" and "going down." I have said he's unfit for office, and every day he proves me right."
Schiff is melting down, and it is a marvelous thing to see. For more than three years, long before the hearings, he has pronounced day after day that he has seen absolute proof that Trump is guilty of colluding with Russia to ensure his election victory. Now that the transcripts of the hearings are out there for all to read, we all know that these hearings did not produce a single witness who had knowledge of any evidence that candidate or President Trump had colluded with Russia. Not one. Not James Clapper, not Susan Rice, not one of them who for three years have been accusing Trump of treason had a bit of evidence, heard or seen, that could bolster their talking points. Some of them, like former Department of Defense official Evelyn Farkas and the vainglorious and pompous Col. Alexander Vindman, admitted they had lied, either on the networks or, in Vindman's case, about Trump's words during his phone conversation with Ukraine's President Volodomyr Zelensky. Shouldn't he be charged with perjury? He was under oath. Now we all know that John Podesta admitted in those hearings that the DNC and the Clinton campaign had indeed paid for the phony Steele dossier! And now we know that Obama was pulling the strings of all the moving parts.
We also know now that Schiff knew just days after the "Trump Tower meeting," which Donald, Jr. had attended, that Trump was thoroughly innocent; a translator testified that not a word about "dirt on Hillary" was mentioned. Yet Schiff flogged that horse for years. His contention that there was something sinister about that meeting on the Trump side of things, was just another big Schiff lie. Not that he lacks many partners in the crime to destroy Donald Trump — Brennan, Comey, Clapper, McCabe, et al. But it is Schiff who has been the crazed, bug-eyed face of the Democrats' attempt at impeachment ever since. Just as Mueller knew on day one of his appointment as special counsel that his job was to cover up the Crossfire Hurricane scheme to take Trump down well before the election, Schiff became the point man in the House to carry the water for the big dogs. He was their stooge, their dupe.
The Republicans had the majority in the House from 2016 to 2018, but House speaker Paul Ryan did absolutely nothing to expose the Democrats' deceit; he betrayed those of us who had supported him. There were Republican members of the House in Schiff's subsequent secret hearings following the Russia ones that were just released — Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan, and John Ratcliffe being the superstars. While Schiff was leaking nonstop lies about what he was "learning" from witnesses in all cases, the Republican members of the House Intelligence Committee, whether it was under Nunes or Schiff as controlling parties swapped power in 2019, kept silent. They did call for him to resign but have otherwise kept their frustrations to themselves, bound by the House rules that Schiff freely abused. Schiff spewed his lies night after night on CNN and MSNBC. They knew that the opposite of what he was saying was true, so one has to admire their patience and confidence that the truth would eventually be revealed. Schiff has steadfastly resisted releasing those transcripts on the Russia matter, which had been conducted from 2017–2018 under Nunes's leadership until the acting director of National Intelligence, Rick Grenell, forced his hand. We have Grenell to thank for knowing the truth, or more of it anyway — that not one of those 73 witnesses could or would say he had any knowledge or evidence of any collusion with Russia by the president or his campaign.
In January, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, along with Schiff, the other Democrats, and their acolytes among the media escalated their plan into a full-blown impeachment trial. They were trying to see Trump removed from office for a perfectly appropriate phone conversation with the newly elected president of Ukraine. Schiff orchestrated it with Pelosi's blessings. He got one of his own staff's best pals at CIA to be a faux "whistleblower," -- Eric Ciaramella. He got IG Michael Atkinson to alter the whistleblower form to allow for hearsay tattling. That month Frank Miele wrote a terrific column on Schiff's duplicity that is still today a must-read. He brilliantly exposes Schiff's arrant misuse of Alexander Hamilton quotes and his relentless habit of calling his own opinions facts. The impeachment was a colossal misadventure as deadly serious as was the coup attempt. The arrogance of this crowd will go down in history as the epoch when the corruption of the deep state was exposed for all to see and know.
To be sure, Schiff has friends in high places. His original run for Congress was underwritten by David Geffen, Michael Ovitz and the "gay mafia" at Dreamworks. He is aligned with George Soros and Soros's MoveOn.org. He has ties to Ukraine as well, in particular to Igor Pasternak under whose influence Schiff began lobbying for arms and money for Ukraine. In November 2019, Ukraine officials launched an investigation into a $7.4 billion money laundering scheme connected to the Democrat party, Franklin Templeton and BlackRock firms, both companies in which Schiff held shares. Over these past few days Schiff has been on several pseudo-news programs claiming that thousands of deaths by COVID-19 occurred because President Trump was not impeached! Such a claim is ridiculous on its face. This is a piteous man, a buffoon. He is without a doubt a pathological liar. So far gone is he, he is unable to realize that he’s been caught out, the depth of his unethical scheming has been exposed. Carter Page and Others Tie Adam Schiff’s Ukraine Hoax Suspected Whistleblower Eric Ciaramella to the Deep State Russia Hoax

More and more information supports that claim.
Laura Ingraham reported why suspected whistle blower Eric Ciaramella was so concerned about efforts to look into Obama’s activities in the Ukraine. According to White House visitor logs Eric Ciaramella was hosting the January 19, 2016 White House meeting where Ukrainian officials were told to drop the investigation into Hunter Biden. We reported on this in November 2019 and The Ingraham Angle confirmed the information.
Laura Ingraham also reported on DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa who was working with the CIA anti-Trump whistleblower to force Ukrainian officials, including Andriy Telizhenko to turn over or compose an anti-Trump narrative for the Democrat Party. What was going on in Obama’s White House? Eric Ciaramella was close to Barack Obama and many other individuals connected to George Soros. Suspected whistleblower Eric Ciaramella worked in Obama’s White House.
We reported a couple days ago that on September 7, 2016, Eric Ciaramella from the Obama Administration met with a group of individuals that included an Executive from a George Soros connected group. What did they discuss? The meeting included Donald M. Camp, Jessica M. Gray, Baily S. Holladay (Russian Linguist/Analyst, NSA), Michael D. Jarvis, Natalia O. Lassowsky (Ukrainian Linguist/Analyst, NSA), Thomas W. Pucci, Stefanie L. Stagg and Ciaramella.
It appears that the “Michael D. Jarvis” who attended the Eric Ciaramella meeting on September 7, 2016 was and still is the Executive Director of the Transparency and Accountability Initiative (TAI) which is funded by George Soros’ Open Society Foundation.
TAI has a long history with George Soros. According to a 2011 article, the Soros funded Open Society Foundation praised TAI for its work –

It is no secret that George Soros operates through Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) to influence national policies throughout the world. It may be that Eric Ciaramella was acting as a coordinator of some Soros-linked efforts in the Ukraine in parallel with U.S. government activities, in particular through the State Department’s U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
Here are some more connections with Ciaramella in Obama’s White House –
On March 16, 2016, Eric Ciaramella chaired a meeting of the following interconnected individuals and groups in Room 230B of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.
- Gina Lentine, Program Associate, Europe & Eurasia at Freedom House (many claim is Soros-funded), where she was responsible for media support and civil society programming in Ukraine. Prior to that, Lentine was Program Coordinator, Eurasia Program for Soros’ Open Society Foundations, where she monitored civil society and NGO development in Ukraine.
- Alim Aliiev, a Ukrainian and program director of Crimean House, was co-founder of the Crimean Tatar Cultural Center in Lviv, which was funded by the Soros-funded International Renaissance Foundation).
- Maria Dahle, based in Norway, is Director of Human Rights House, which is Soros affiliated and funded.
- Florian Irminger, from Switzerland, was Head of Advocacy at Human Rights House. He was also Treasurer for the Centre for Civil and Political Rights, which had a partnership with Soros’ Open Society Foundation and ran the joint “Conference on Corruption and its Impact on Human Rights in the Post-Soviet World” in Bern, Switzerland, 26-27 November 2014. On October 31, 2019 Irminger received a Soros Open Societies Foundation New Executives Fund grant ($25,000 to $250,000).
- Zoryan Kis, a Project Coordinator at Freedom House in Ukraine and received a $113,000 Soros grant to support LGBT activities.
- Tetiana Pechonchyk is chairperson of the ZMINA Human Rights Centre in Ukraine. ZMINA is funded by the Soros-funded International Renaissance Foundation and Freedom House (listed on the ZMINA web site). Pechonchyk is connected to the Human Rights House.
- Matthew Schaaf is Freedom House’s Project Director Ukraine and writes for the Soros-funded Open Democracy.
- Olga SKRYPNYK is a member of the Crimean Human Rights Group and ZMINA, the latter being funded by Soros and Freedom House.

It appears the Obama Administration and Ciaramella were involved in efforts to end potential indictments against Soros related entities in the Ukraine. It’s likely the Obama White House did more than that for super-donor George Soros.

Adam Schiff: Psychopath, or guilty conscience?
Fresh from his impeachment stunt, House Intelligence committee chairman Adam Schiff comes off as an amazing creep in the aftermath.
Asked about the recent Horowitz report's findings on Carter Page, a young Trump advisor who was illegally spied upon, Schiff said he had no sympathy.
Here's the Fox News account:
In an interview clip released on Friday, "Firing Line" host Margaret Hoover read quotes from Page about how the Russia probe had such a negative impact, including how the FBI spying into his life "ruined his good name" and that he will "never completely have his name restored."
"Do you have any sympathy for Carter Page?" Hoover asked.
"I have to say, you know, Carter Page came before our committee and for hours of his testimony, denied things that we knew were true, later had to admit them during his testimony," Schiff responded. "It's hard to be sympathetic to someone who isn't honest with you when he comes and testifies under oath. It's also hard to be sympathetic when you have someone who has admitted to being an adviser to the Kremlin."
Which is a doozy. What happened to Page was an outrage, an unmistakeably grave abuse of government power as mendacious FISA warrants were enacted to spy on innocent and cooperative person. Even people who dislike President Trump can pretty naturally recognize that Page's constitutional rights on unreasonable searches and seizures was violated.
Not Schiff, though. All he could emit was stone heartlessness for the man whose good name was ruined by abuses of government power, revealing an utter absence of empathy. At first glance, Schiff came off sounding like a psychopath.
But notice what he's saying: Page, see, is the bad guy. Schiff's not only showing an astonishing absence of empathy, he's attempting to twist the knife an extra time on the already wounded victim. And so much for all those impeachment pieties from Democrats about the sacredness of 'the Constitution.' Constitutions are only important if they're politically useful to a guy like this. For Schiff, it's more important to stick it to Page.
Which called to mind something Eric Hoffer once wrote, in his 1951 masterpiece, "The True Believer" about the nature of crazed fanatics:
The most effective way to silence our guilty conscience is to convince ourselves and others that those we have sinned against are indeed depraved creatures, deserving every punishment, even extermination. We cannot pity those we have wronged, nor can we be indifferent toward them. We must hate and persecute them or else leave the door open to self-contempt.
Boy, that fits Schiff to a tee. We already knew that Schiff was a fanatic of some kind. Turns out he's the most toxic kind of fanatic, the one who persecutes the people he has already victimized, his last statement a complete tissue of lies. Page never lied to this creep, the reality remains that Schiff connived first with other leftists on the Russian hoax and then on the Ukraine impeachment stunt. He's one of the injuring parties. His fanatic hate of Page is the poisonous hate of a fanatic.
And instead of being a psychopath, he's an unrepentant sinner with a guilty conscience, blaming the victims at every turn after harming them first.
If anything, that's at least as bad as psychopathology. Schiff is one sick creep who shouldn't be in Congress.

Was Adam Schiff running a spy operation against the White House?
Seems every day brings a new revelation about Democratic efforts to rig an impeachment of the president. The false claims and astonishing conflicts of interest being thrown out there are piling up fast.
The latest, from the San Francisco Examiner, exposes House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff's choice of staffers, who it turns out were two disgruntled Deep-Staters from the White House who had actually worked with the so-called "whistleblower":
Abigail Grace, who worked at the NSC until 2018, was hired in February, while Sean Misko, an NSC aide until 2017, joined Schiff's committee staff in August, the same month the whistleblower submitted his complaint.
The whistleblower was an NSC official who worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and who has expertise in Ukraine, the Washington Examiner has reported.
A career CIA analyst with Ukraine expertise, the whistleblower aired his concerns about a phone conversation between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to a House Intelligence Committee aide on Schiff's staff. He had previously informed the CIA's legal counsel's office.
Schiff initially denied he knew anything about the complaint before it was filed, stating on Sep. 17: "We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower. We would like to."
But it later emerged that a member of his staff had spoken to the whistleblower before his complaint was submitted on Aug. 12. The Washington Post concluded that Schiff "clearly made a statement that was false."
Grace, 36, was hired to help Schiff's committee investigate the Trump White House. That month, Trump accused Schiff of "stealing people who work at White House." Grace worked at the NSC from 2016 to 2018 in U.S.-China relations and then briefly at the Center for a New American Security think tank, which was founded by two former senior Obama administration officials.
So these people were all buddies beforehand, and this would explain why the so-called whistleblower had been sneaking around with Schiff's staff before he made his whistleblower complaint.
And that came only after someone with influence was able to get the inspector general of the Intelligence Community (IGIC) to change the rules about whistleblowers needing no firsthand knowledge about the wrongdoing they were supposedly reporting. Once that rules change was put into place, the whistleblower got going.
More and more, this sounds like a pre-planned setup. One Trump operative has a very good summary of what seems to have been really going on as these anything but exculpatory stories mount:

Schiff was essentially running an illegal spy operation against the White House, recruiting his staffers, having them recruit their whistleblowers, grooming them up, changing the rules so they could file their complaints, and then lying that they knew anything about the lunatic efforts to get President Trump impeached. See, they were just standing there, minding their own business when all this stuff happened. Everything that did happen was just...a coincidence.
Experienced intelligence operatives, and apparently this Trump operative has this sort of background, like to say there are no coincidences.
As facts continue to roll out, it's getting more and more obvious that Schiff's operation was to orchestrate this impeachment scenario all along, going into high gear with the flame-out of the Mueller investigation.
Trump's been having a bad time with public opinion in the wake of the Schiff operation orchestrating the media coverage as well. But the facts on the ground suggest it was all an illegal spying operation on the president.
And that's a far more concrete crime than anything Trump is accused of committing. Right now, Schiff has 109 congressional representatives signed on to GOP rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona's call to condemn and censure Schiff for this sick little illegal freelance operation to spy on Trump.
It's an abuse of his office, for sure, given that Schiff is supposed to be focused on intelligence, not on being one of those creepy secret police characters in The Lives of Others. It's also an outrageous misuse of taxpayer dollars. In light of this Schiff spy operation, and if Democrats don't want some backatcha next time there's a Dem in office with a Republican House, it really ought to be every last one of them signed up to that Biggs list.

Seems every day brings a new revelation about Democratic efforts to rig an impeachment of the president. The false claims and astonishing conflicts of interest being thrown out there are piling up fast.
The latest, from the San Francisco Examiner, exposes House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff's choice of staffers, who it turns out were two disgruntled Deep-Staters from the White House who had actually worked with the so-called "whistleblower":
Abigail Grace, who worked at the NSC until 2018, was hired in February, while Sean Misko, an NSC aide until 2017, joined Schiff's committee staff in August, the same month the whistleblower submitted his complaint.
The whistleblower was an NSC official who worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and who has expertise in Ukraine, the Washington Examiner has reported.
A career CIA analyst with Ukraine expertise, the whistleblower aired his concerns about a phone conversation between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to a House Intelligence Committee aide on Schiff's staff. He had previously informed the CIA's legal counsel's office.
Schiff initially denied he knew anything about the complaint before it was filed, stating on Sep. 17: "We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower. We would like to."
But it later emerged that a member of his staff had spoken to the whistleblower before his complaint was submitted on Aug. 12. The Washington Post concluded that Schiff "clearly made a statement that was false."
Grace, 36, was hired to help Schiff's committee investigate the Trump White House. That month, Trump accused Schiff of "stealing people who work at White House." Grace worked at the NSC from 2016 to 2018 in U.S.-China relations and then briefly at the Center for a New American Security think tank, which was founded by two former senior Obama administration officials.
So these people were all buddies beforehand, and this would explain why the so-called whistleblower had been sneaking around with Schiff's staff before he made his whistleblower complaint.
And that came only after someone with influence was able to get the inspector general of the Intelligence Community (IGIC) to change the rules about whistleblowers needing no firsthand knowledge about the wrongdoing they were supposedly reporting. Once that rules change was put into place, the whistleblower got going.
More and more, this sounds like a pre-planned setup. One Trump operative has a very good summary of what seems to have been really going on as these anything but exculpatory stories mount:

Schiff was essentially running an illegal spy operation against the White House, recruiting his staffers, having them recruit their whistleblowers, grooming them up, changing the rules so they could file their complaints, and then lying that they knew anything about the lunatic efforts to get President Trump impeached. See, they were just standing there, minding their own business when all this stuff happened. Everything that did happen was just...a coincidence.
Experienced intelligence operatives, and apparently this Trump operative has this sort of background, like to say there are no coincidences.
As facts continue to roll out, it's getting more and more obvious that Schiff's operation was to orchestrate this impeachment scenario all along, going into high gear with the flame-out of the Mueller investigation.

Benghazi Liar Adam Schiff Slimes Devin Nunes
It is said that the Senate plays chess while the House of Representatives plays smash mouth hockey. The revelation by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes that, yes, members of Team Trump were in fact surveilled and the contents of their conversations and their names were recorded and disseminated set off ranking member Rep. Adam Schiff from the People’s Republic of California. As Fox News Politics reported:
Members of the intelligence community "incidentally collected" communications from the Trump transition team during legal surveillance operations of foreign targets, a top Republican lawmaker said Wednesday afternoon.
House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said this produced "dozens" of reports which eventually unmasked several individuals’ identities and were "widely disseminated."…
"This afternoon, Chairman Devin Nunes announced he had some form of intercepts revealing that lawfully gathered intelligence on foreign officials included information on U.S. Persons, potentially including those associated with President Trump or the President himself. If accurate, this information should have been shared with members of the committee, but it has not been... The Chairman also shared this information with the White House before providing it to the committee, another profound irregularity, given that the matter is currently under investigation. I have expressed my grave concerns with the Chairman that a credible investigation cannot be conducted this way."
Neither can they be conducted through leaks to the media. Rep. Schiff has no problem with intel leaks to the New York Times, but an intelligence committee chairman giving the President a heads-up that his transition team was in fact caught up in surveillance by his own government is out of bounds? Schiff insisted that it was and claimed Nunes was not acting as a committee chair but as a surrogate of Team Trump:
At his own news conference later that afternoon, Schiff sharply criticized Nunes, given that his committee is in the middle of an active investigation that includes the question of whether Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia’s suspected attempts to meddle in last year’s election.
“The chairman will need to decide whether he is the chairman of an independent investigation into conduct which includes allegations of potential coordination between the Trump campaign and the Russians, or he is going to act as a surrogate of the White House, because he cannot do both,” Schiff told reporters.
Schiff has had no problem in himself acting as a surrogate for Team Obama or Team Hillary. That deafening silence you hear is the outrage he has expressed over the leaking of classified information to the press designed to fatally wound the Trump transition. Schiff had no problem repeating claims without evidence that Team Trump was colluding with the Russians. Now he is troubled by Nunes citing reports proving President Trump was right about his team being monitored.
Schiff and his brethren insist that this still doesn’t prove Trump’s claim that Obama ordered the surveillance. This is a distinction without a difference. It was Obama who ordered a review of alleged Russian hacking of our elections, demanding that he receive it before he left office. It was President Obama who expanded the power of the National Security Agency to share monitored communications with the 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections. Obama made the leaking of communications he arguably knew were being monitored easier and more likely. President Obama wanted to damage the incoming Trump administration.
Schiff should be shouting from the rooftops demanding the intelligence leakers be found and incarcerated and that the names of those who approved he “unmasking” of the names of American citizens caught up in the “incidental” collection of the conversations with foreign nationals be revealed. Names of such Americans are supposed to be masked by default, unless unmasking is approved for some reason. As the Weekly Standard reported:

These communications were then disseminated in intelligence reports, despite having "little or no apparent foreign intelligence value." A number of Trump transition members' names were also revealed through a process known as "unmasking," he said….
April Doss, a former NSA lawyer who spent over a decade at the agency, told THE WEEKLY STANDARD earlier in March that intelligence officials are required to follow strict procedures governing foreign intelligence collection. These procedures protect the identity of U.S. persons.
"If the communication appears likely to be worth reporting on -- there's a reason why other people in government need to see an intelligence report that says, "here's what our foreign target was doing"-- they'll write the report in a way that focuses only on the foreign target and that doesn't name the U.S. person, that literally inserts something like 'U.S. person number one,'" Doss said.
Schiff was the individual who called the heroes who fought off terrorists from the roof of the CIA annex in Benghazi liars for their account of the Obama/Clinton administration’s denying security improvements, ignoring warnings of the attack, and the issuance of a stand-down order for any rescue, an order they ignored. As Investor’s Business Daily recounted in 2014:
The California Democrat who suggested that his party boycott the Benghazi Select Committee as a waste of time now accuses those who fought on the CIA annex roof of lying "to promote a new book."
The last we heard from Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., a member of the House Intelligence Committee, was in May. That's when he told Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday" he thought the planned select committee to investigate the 2012 Benghazi attack was a "colossal waste of time."
Calling the yet-to-be-approved committee a "tremendous red herring," Schiff said: "I don't think it makes sense, really, for Democrats to participate."
…Schiff apparently is still not happy about the hearing, which pointed out the State Department's pre-Benghazi neglect of security, ignoring the security recommendations after the 1998 bombings of our embassies in Kenya and Tanzania…
The hearing came right after Kris Paronto, Mark Geist and John Tiegen, three CIA contractors who on that night fought terrorists from the roof of the CIA's Benghazi annex building, confirmed that there was indeed a stand-down order given that caused a critical half-hour delay….
Schiff, who was not in Benghazi that night, says Paronto, Geist and Tiegen are making up a tale to sell their book, as if their story is less plausible than the proven lie that the Benghazi attack was caused by an inflammatory YouTube video, a myth promoted both by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama.
After seeing clips of Schiff saying the contractors were trying to sell their book and Smith claiming a stand-down order "was never given," Geist said he "would like to invite Mr. Schiff to a debate... we can talk about it." He wondered if Schiff wished to "say that to my face."
Schiff thought the Benghazi heroes were making it up and now he thinks Nunes and Team Trump are making up the fact that they were caught up in Obama administration monitoring of conversations in which they were involved or mentioned. Schif was not being honest then or now. It is he who is not telling the truth.
