Election Fraud Expert: Brenda Snipes Allowed Illegal Aliens and Felons to Vote; Illegally Destroyed Ballots

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - OCTOBER 28: Broward County Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda C. Snipes waits to speak to the media about a plan to mail replacement ballots to voters October 28, 2004 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Three statewide races in Florida are headed to a recount and all depend on results from a county whose supervisor of elections has a history of losing ballots and breaking laws by allowing illegal immigrants and felons to vote, as well as illegally destroying ballots.

Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes’ office has admitted “they don’t know” how many ballots there are still to count.

Snipes’ latest failure to finalize Tuesday’s election returns days after the polls closed is also in violation of  Florida law, which requires elections officials to “report all early voting and all tabulated vote-by-mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close. Thereafter, the canvassing board shall report, with the exception of provisional ballot results, updated precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes until all results are completely reported.”

This should alarm anyone hoping for fair and accurate election returns, as Snipes’ history in Broward is checkered with numerous examples of facilitating illegal voting practices.

In 2017, Dr. Snipes admitted in court that her office had allowed non-citizens and felons to vote and was particularly vulnerable ahead of major elections.

In 2012, a Broward elections official complained about Snipes tendency to “find” additional ballots in close elections. Ilene Lieberman, a Broward County Commissioner and Canvassing board member, told the Miami CBS affiliate in 2012, “When the canvassing board recessed on Saturday we were basically told there were between 150 and 165 ballots remained to be counted, that they had to double check, that they hadn’t been counted before. And when we came back on Monday the report showed 963 new ballots.”

Snipes also presided over a “phantom voting district” of 2000 voters who were using illegal addresses, many of them at a UPS Store, claimed as their places of residence.

Republican Party officials sued Snipes’ office in 2016 over the illegal counting of 180,000 mail in ballots, she admitted that she didn’t know the meaning of the word “canvassing.” Snipes’ office had been opening ballots illegally, without the legally required participation of other members of the canvasing board.

But Snipes hasn’t just been accused of malfeasance from Republicans.

A 2016 Democratic Congressional candidate, Tim Canova, challenged the results of his loss to Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in court, only to have Snipes’ office  illegally destroy the ballots, preventing additional inspection.

Medical Marijuana backers NORML sued Snipes office in 2016 after the constitutional initiative to decriminalize marijuana was left off of some Broward County ballots. Lawyer John Morgan, who endorsed Andrew Gillum in this year’s Governor’s race, accused Snipes of doing it intentionally.

Morgain marveled, “Broward County was our best county last time. And I don’t believe in accidents.”

Snipes was originally appointed to her office by Republican Governor Jeb Bush in 2003, after her predecessor was removed from office for gross mismanagement. A former school administrator and principal, Snipes won election in 2004 and has been successfully been re-elected by Broward County voters every four years, most recently in a 2016 primary, where she received 76% of the 122,782 votes cast.

Even that electoral win was not without controversy, however, as Snipes office inadvertently released the results of the elections 30 minutes before polls officially closed.

According to Florida law, “Any supervisor of elections, deputy supervisor of elections, canvassing board member, election board member, or election employee who releases the results of any election prior to the closing of the polls in that county on election day commits a felony of the third degree.”

Despite the Florida Secretary of State asking the Broward County Sherriff and State Attorney for an investigation, like other election-related crimes in Broward County, however, that also went unpunished

The Florida official put in charge of counting votes in Broward County — the most liberal county in the state — for the gubernatorial and Senate race previously destroyed voter ballots, a judge ruled, and was most recently accused of not removing dead voters from the voter rolls.

Broward County Board of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is in charge of vote counting in the area and has yet to disclose how many ballots are still not counted despite the election for governor and Senate occurring two days ago.

Currently, in the Senate race, Republican Rick Scott is leading Democrat incumbent Bill Nelson by more than 20,000 votes. Nelson is hoping for a blowout in Broward County to push him over the edge for re-election.

Snipes was confronted by local media about why the vote count in Broward County has taken so long.

“Could I please get a moment to go into the room and find out?” Snipes asked the group huddled around her. “OK, when I come back I’ll let you know.”

“But, Dr. Snipes, it is now Thursday,” Weinsier said. “We are still counting ballots in Broward County.”

“We’re counting five pages or six pages for each of the people who voted,” Snipes said.

“But other counties have been able to do it,” Weinsier said.

In May, a judge ruled that Snipes had violated state and federal law after she destroyed voter ballots in the state’s 2016 congressional election. In the race, former Democratic National Convention (DNC) Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz won re-election by less than 7,000 votes against Democrat primary challenger Tim Canova.

The next year, when Canova asked to review the paper ballots in the race, it was revealed that Snipes destroyed the ballots only 12 months after the primary. Federal and state law mandates that ballots not be destroyed until 22 months after an election.

The case exposed that Snipes’ staff had opened ballots in private in 2016 on election day.

Just last year, Snipes’ office was taken to federal court by the American Civil Rights Union, represented by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, after being accused of keeping felons, noncitizens, and dead voters on the voter rolls in Broward County and at one point allegedly having more voters on the rolls than actual voters in the county.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) blasted the slow-moving vote counting in Broward County and the fact that Snipes — despite her scandals — is in charge of the process.

“Broward election supervisors ongoing violation of Florida law requiring timely reporting isn’t just annoying incompetence,” Rubio posted online. “It has opened the door for lawyers to come here & try to steal a seat in the U.S. Senate & Florida Cabinet.”

FLORIDA VOTER Films Broward County Election Officials Transferring Ballots in Rented Truck on Election Night! (VIDEO)

By Cristina Laila

Florida voter JoAnn Knox captured Broward County Election Officials Transferring Ballots in Rented Truck on Election Night!

“This violates all chain of custody requirements for paper ballots,” argues Independent Congressional candidate for Florida’s 23rd District, Tim Canova.

They were transferring ballots around without any security officials in sight!

One of the women moving ballot boxes even asked the witness to help them!

Florida voter JoAnn Knox posted an extensive play-by-play to her Facebook page explaining what she witnessed with the paper ballots at a Broward County polling site in Plantation, Florida District 23 on election night.

By the time I was allowed to finally enter, (around 7:25) they had already started packing up and had pulled the tabulation tapes from the scanners. What I witnessed for the next hour was a room full of people, operating 3 different precincts in the same room, frantically packing everything up and running around looking for things. Where’s the zero starts? Where’s the digital drives and the cases. Who has the phones? Etc. Packing/signing/bagging/boxing.

It was crazy.

One lady even asked me if I wanted to help. They just wanted out. Quickly.

What struck me the most was the total lack of “chain of custody”.

Everything got sealed with thick plastic zip tie type fasteners.

There were green, red, and blue ones and they did have numbers on them, but, it didn’t seem to matter what color went on what and I did not see anyone logging what number zip tie sealed any given thing.
These ties were also used to seal the blue bags filled with the paper ballots
And, one thing that really stuck with me was the fact that ziplock bags of these ties were just laying around on the tables for any one to take. I kept thinking that there really was nothing guaranteeing that those ballot bags couldn’t be opened and resealed (with no way of anyone knowing).

Once they posted the results on the door, I started photographing the Congressional race tallies

JoAnn Knox said that as she was leaving, two women carrying a box marked “provisional ballots,” said “the truck left these out there.”

As I was leaving, 2 women carrying a box marked “provisional ballots”, and a woman with a small cart that had a ballot bag on it came walking back towards the precinct building.

I was curious and asked them if they were allowed to just walk around with that stuff.
One lady told me “the truck left these out there.”
I thought, WTF?
So, of course, I took their photos.

As I turned away from them and headed out to the parking lot, I noticed there was a truck at the far end of the parking lot.
Did she not just tell me it had left?
I then noticed a long line of cars lined up leading to that truck.

Independent Congressional candidate Tim Canova said, “This violates all chain of custody requirements for paper ballots. Were the ballots destroyed and replaced by set of fake ballots?” Mr. Canova asked. “Investigate now!” Canova added.

Voter fraud

From Conservapedia

"It's not who votes that matters, it's who counts the votes." - Joseph Stalin

A censored Twitter post in the 2020 presidential election.

Voter fraud is the crime of a voter submitting a ballot he or she is not entitled to cast. Although it is hard to quantify the amount of voter fraud, it has been estimated at 2,000 cases in the 2000, 2004, and 2008 elections combined. However, it is difficult to gauge the exact number, and many cases may go undiscovered or unreported.[1] It can change the outcome of a close election. Even areas not known for voter fraud have unexplained discrepancies between voter registration lists and estimates of the number of eligible voters. While the mainstream media gives the impression that the most serious threat of voter fraud comes from countries such as Russia hacking the election, the source of most voter fraud comes from having people on voter rolls who should not be listed on them, along with weak anti-voter fraud laws.[2] Thousands of examples of voter fraud exist in the U.S.,[3] and voter rolls are so poorly maintained that they can easily lead to fraud.[4] Voter fraud also exists in other countries such as the United Kingdom.[5]

One of the causes of the rise in voter fraud was pinpointed to have occurred around Democratic National Committee v. Republican National Committee, overseen by Carter-appointed district activist judge Dickinson R. Debevoise, in 1981 during the gubernatorial elections in New Jersey, due to a lawsuit filed against the RNC and Republican-controlled Senate at the time for apparently driving away minorities from the polls, allegedly being against the 1965 Civil Rights Act. The resulting provision barred the GOP from enforcing voter integrity or preventing voter fraud. The resulting provision, called the Consent Decree, was ratified in 1982 and was later modified in 1987 to define "ballot security policies" as "ballot integrity, ballot security, or other efforts to prevent or remedy voter fraud."[6][7]

Voter fraud may have been a major factor in Barack Hussein Obama's victory in the 2008 campaign for the Democrat nomination for president,[8] and may have also helped his successful 2012 presidential campaign[9] due to reported voting irregularities in various states, including swing states[10] such as Colorado,[11] Pennsylvania,[12] Ohio,[13][14] Wisconsin,[15] Florida,[16] and New York,[17] with misidentified polls,[18] some even boasting about voting multiple times[19] discounting of the military vote,[20] as well as Obama losing every state with a Voter ID law.[21] In addition, George Soros was also suspected to have been involved in ensuring Obama's "victory."[22] Voter fraud was also involved in the 2016 election[23][24][25][26][27] (though it was ultimately in vain due to the election of Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton), and it was more heavily involved in the 2018 election,[28][29][30][31] enabling Democrats to attempt to steal elections in Florida, Arizona and possibly other states – moves which President Trump and other Republican officials have strongly denounced and intend to fight.

Illegal aliens are known to engage in voter fraud.[32] The Los Angeles Times admitted in 2018 that voter fraud by illegal aliens and other foreigners was intended to help Democrats.[33] In 2019, the Democrat-controlled U.S. House of Representatives voted in favor of illegal alien voting.[34]

Types of voter fraud

Types of voter fraud include (in order of commonness):[1]

Type of fraud Description Number of cases since 2000 (source:[1])
Absentee ballot fraud A voter fraudulently obtains and submits absentee ballots (in some cases those belonging to other voters). 491
Registration fraud Fake names are submitted to be added to voter registration rolls. 400
Ineligibility fraud An ineligible person (such as one under 18 or, in some states, a convicted felon) casts a ballot. 263
Double voting One voter casts a ballot in two or more jurisdictions. 150
Impersonation fraud One voter votes in the name of another voter. 10

Voter ID legislation

Voter ID laws are usually designed to only prevent impersonation fraud, although in some cases they may make it more difficult to commit ineligibility fraud or double voting.

Examples

Voter fraud has become a serious problem across the United States and threatens the integrity of the 2020 presidential election.

A James Madison University student is pleading guilty to falsifying 18 voter registration forms. He was employed by Harrisonburg Votes and wanted to help a friend meet a monthly quota of obtaining new voter registrations. So, he “fabricated” registration forms by using data from the Democratic Party of Virginia's voter files, using names and addresses from neighborhood “walk sheets” and adding fictitious birthdays and Social Security numbers. There is no indication that any fraudulent votes were cast as a result.[35]

In Indiana, the Indiana Voter Registration Project and twelve of its employees face criminal charges for falsifying voter registration forms in response to a 10 registrations per shift quota that had been imposed on the workers.[36]

A woman in Hampton, Virginia was convicted of "communicating false information to registered voters" and sentenced to a $1,000 fine and 100 hours of community service. She had intentionally listed a false election date that was one week after the real election on a fictitious campaign website. A jury later reduced the fine to $300.[37]

The Government Accountability Institute (GAI), an investigative journalism group founded by two Breitbart News editors, found that 8,471 instances of "likely" double voting occurred in 21 states during the 2016 elections.[38] This study was based on matching names and birth dates of voters in different states.[39] Some estimates found that many non-citizens may have voted in the 2016 election,[40] as much as 5.7 million non-citizens.[41][42] These studies were based on 2009 public opinion survey results as a percentage of responders extrapolated across the total number of 2016 voters.[43] It was also reported that over 5,000 out-of-state voters possibly caused Clinton to win New Hampshire.[44]

A California law that went into effect in 2018 that would register to vote any adult getting or renewing a driver's license, something which would potentially register illegal aliens to vote as they are also issued driver's licenses in the state.[45][46]

Non-citizens have found it easy to illegally vote in the U.S.[47]

In August 2017, the GAI found that 170 registered voters in Ohio's 12th Congressional district were listed as over 116 years old, indicating a high risk for voter fraud. Only one year later, a high-profile special election was held, with the victor winning by less than one percentage point.[48]

According to a study released in August 2018 by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, over 3,100 foreigners had registered to vote or had been removed from voter rolls in the previous ten years in thirteen "sanctuary" cities.[49] In 2018, the data analysis company Votistics found that based on data from the Texas Secretary of State, 104,800 people in the state were registered to vote more than once, and 2,159 of these pairs voted in the same election, among other disturbing statistics.[50][51]

In August 2018, the U.S. Justice Department charged nineteen foreigners all residing in the important swing-state of North Carolina – legally and illegally – with voting in the 2016 election.[52] In November 2018, Los Angeles County charged nine people for giving cigarettes and money in exchange for fake signatures on ballot petitions and voter registration forms to homeless people.[53]

Texas Democrats asked non-citizens to vote in the 2018 midterm elections, mailing voting forms with the "citizenship" box pre-marked "yes."[54] The Texas Secretary of State referred the matter to the state's Attorney General to investigate the matter.[55][56] Around the same time, the Texas Attorney General uncovered a voter fraud ring funded by Democratic Party money.[57]

In 2018, the Public Interest Legal Foundation found that at least 1,400 noncitizens had been on voter rolls in the Detroit area, among other concerning findings.[58]

In January 2019, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton reported that 95,000 noncitizens were on the state's voter rolls, at least since 1996, and 58,000 of them voted in a state election.[59] Later that month, Pennsylvania admitted that 11,000 non-citizens were registered to vote in the state.[60]

California's voting system, supported by liberals, resulted in large numbers of lost vote-by-mail ballots.[61]

In December 2019, Ohio identified 77 non-citizens who voted in the 2018 midterm elections.[62]

Republican vs. Democrat attitudes

According to a study conducted by Professor John V. Kane of New York University, published in Public Opinion Quarterly, while Republican voters strongly care about voter fraud and stopping it, Democrat voters care more strongly about whether or not their party will benefit from voter ID legislation when deciding to enact such laws.[63] Democrat politicians frequently claim that voter fraud is not a serious issue, though they will claim it is a problem when an election does not go their way.[64]

Despite voter fraud committed by Democrats being demonstrably true due to being revealed by undercover sting videos (particularly Project Veritas video exposing Democrat operative Scott Foval revealing that voter fraud has been committed by Democrats for decades, as well as showing other Democrat operatives how to commit voter fraud to rig elections in their favor[65][66]), Democrats and their liberal media sympathizers – including liberal-biased "fact-checking" websites Snopes.com, PolitiFact and FactCheck.org – always deny that voter fraud exists and claim that it is a "myth" while ignoring actual cases of voter fraud committed by their operatives.[67] In Florida in 2018, Democrat lawyers objected to disqualifying the vote of a noncitizen in that year's state and federal elections.[68]
