Kamala Harris
Kamala Devi Harris (pronounced similar to "commie-la", Spanish: Que mala[2]) is the first childless birthing person[3] to occupy the office of vice-president of the United States. Harris is perhaps best known for inciting violence and riots across America causing some $2 billion in property damages and at least 40 lives,[4][5][6] and vowing to not take the coronavirus vaccine.[7] As California Attorney General she is known for separating parents from children and splitting up families.[8] On March 24, 2021 Harris was put in charge of implementing the Democrat administration's migrant "babies in cages" policy.[9] Harris actually believes Vietnam erected a monument to honor and memorialize John McCain, who flew 22 bombing missions over the country killing unkown numbers of Vietnamese and leaving 50,000 people homeless, and spent 5 1/2 years in a Vietnamese prisoner-of-war camp as a "war criminal."[10] Harris is a racist Democrat and former Senator from California who publicly ridiculed Jamaicans as pleasure-seeking pot smokers (Harris herself has publicly bragged about smoking marijuana). Harris' racist views have been disavowed by her own family.[11] Harris is one-quarter black Jamaican, one-quarter white descendant of slave owners, and half South Asian (Indian).[12] Harris was an ardent supporter of Jussie Smollett's hate crime hoax to incite race war in America.[13] Smollett was later convicted of five felonies in connection with the fraud.[14] Harris is an outspoken advocate of defunding the police,[15] which she euphemistically refers to as "re-imagining",[16] despite 81% of Blacks opposing lawlessness in predominantly Democrat-run cities. According to the Gallup Poll, African Americans in fact would like to see more policing in their communities.[17] Harris publicly lent her name to a fundraising campaign to bail out insurrectionists who burnt down the Minneapolis Police 3rd Precinct in June 2020; on the issue of defunding the Capitol Police, Harris has remained silent. Former Vice President Joe Biden announced Harris as his running mate for the 2020 presidential election on August 11, 2020.[18] The Biden/Harris ticket lost 10% support among "people of color" in a nationwide CNN poll of registered voters conducted in days following the announcement.[19] Harris is known for her faux "ghetto talk".[20] Like her white master Joe Biden, Harris is also a descendant of slave owners and is not ADOS (American Descendants of Slavery).[21][22] It was indeed her white privilege that gave her family a bourgeois lifestyle in Jamaica and in the United States, and later a successful career in politics. Harris announced her candidacy for the 2020 presidential election in early 2019, with Marc Elias of the Perkins Coie law firm serving as her general counsel. Harris has promised riots will not stop before or after the election.[23] Harris has shown no compunction about stepping on the backs of the alleged oppressed people she supposedly represents to promote her career.[24] After the majority white liberal Black Lives Matter movement and Antifa caused over $2 billion in property damages over the Summer of 2020[25] and 35 lives lost in riots,[26] Harris solicited bail fund money for the insurrectionists and incited more violence:
Harris is not a birthing person,[28] supports destruction of the nuclear family and removal of fathers from the home,[29][30] and is pro-Black genocide through abortion.[31][32] She is considered by many to be the handmaid of Wall Street.[33] Failing to gain support among African Americans, Harris withdrew from the Democratic primary contest before voting began.[34] Kamala Harris forcibly separated children from parents.[35] Harris's rise to prominence in the Democrat Party came about by having a sexual affair with a powerful married California Democrat three decades her senior, earning her the nickname, "HeelsUp Harris."[36][37] California House Speaker and former San Francisco mayor Willie Brown used his clout with donors to fund Harris' run for San Francisco D.A. Brown bought her a BMW and promoted her from a low-level clerk in the Public Defenders office to several six-figure income jobs in the California Democrat political machine.[38] According to the New Yorker, Harris had no meaningful long-term heterosexual relationships with men for twenty years after her affair with Willie Brown ended.[39] Harris' failure as California Attorney General to defend California's citizen ballot referendum, Proposition 8, in federal court - which passed overwhelmingly to amend the California Constitution defining marriage as between a biological man and woman, led to the alleged "legalization" of same-sex "marriage" in California.[40] Harris's qualifications consist of checking off multiple intersectional boxes in the Democrats' program of identity politics and, according to the Washington Post, her "black, low-rise Chuck Taylor All-Stars, the classic Converse shoe that has long been associated more closely with cultural cool than carefully managed high-profile candidacies."[41] NBC News is enthralled by her bold fashion statement "Harris wears Timberlands to survey California wildfire damage" and people's lives turned to ash. The Daily Beast published a probing analysis of the way Harris "bounced" off her private plane to view the devastation in California: "Was it the shoe choice itself or just Harris’ assured manner that sold the look so hard? Perhaps a mixture of both. That jaunty strut? A construction boot made popular by New York rappers? Mike Pence could never."[42] USA Today published an article as well as a photo essay on Harris's trendy shoes.[43] Yahoo Finance assessed that Harris "may have made Timberland boots cool again," citing a tweet from the official BET account: "What better validation of Timberland ruggedness — mixed with comfort — than Harris’ entire day in them. And what better signal to shoppers that Timbs could be cool again — maybe not early ‘90s cool — but cool now that Harris is wearing a sneaker-like version of the iconic footwear."[44] By contrast, incumbent VP Mike Pence has a discernible record of failure to have reporting on his shoe choice over a 20 year career in electoral politics.[45] Harris has become an articulate spokesperson to legitimize the unhinged mob. She is doggedly committed to free goodies and social programs such as free healthcare for illegal aliens, free daycare, female affirmative action quotas, more single-parent families[46] and its effect on high juvenile offender rates.[47] To cultivate a "get tough" image as California Attorney General, Harris imprisoned parents for the truancy of their children,[48] which was widespread, separating children from families and leaving them without a breadwinner and in state custody subject to sexual abuse by civil service system employees.[49] Harris endorses the Green New Deal based on the pseudoscientific claim that "global warming" and carbon emissions can be reduced by "slave reparations," a guaranteed universal basic income, and Medicare for All. Harris believes, without legitimate evidence, that the United States can afford the cost estimated at 120% of World GDP.[50][51] Harris opposes U.S. jobs and energy independence,[52][53] and would prefer the United States be dependent on Vladimir Putin and Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman for oil imports.[54][55] In 2018 Harris was the leading fundraiser bred by elite party donors to challenge Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election. Harris is a product of the progressive far-Left excrement capital of the United States,[56][57] the San Francisco political machine of Willie Brown, Nancy Pelosi,[58] Harvey Milk and Jim Jones.[59] She announced her candidacy for president on January 21, 2019,[60] and is aligned with socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.[61] Harris has used vulgar and profane language in public.[62] This was despite her condemning Republican values. Harris blamed racist and sexist Democrats for her failing presidential campaign for the Democrat nomination.[63] Kamala Harris doing a fascist salute before a bust of Vietnamese Communist Party founder and North Vietnam dictator Ho Chi Minh.[64] Joe Biden supports the Green New Deal, the war on hamburgers, cow farts, and American jobs. Harris is not a natural born citizen of the United States, however (as both of her foreign-born parents did not become naturalized citizens prior to her birth[65]), and she is thus ineligible under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution to run for or serve as Vice-President or President. Sen. Kamala Harris solicited money for the MFF to bail out Antifa terrorists who burnt down the Minneapolis Police Station. Contents[hide]
Biden-Harris rgimeIn an interview with Margaret Brennan of CBS Face the Nation, Harris inisted that ballot harvesting, midnight drop boxes, locking out election observers, and No ID laws is about “keeping our standing in the world."[66]
A YouGov poll conducted after the junta's first 100 days showed a staggering 36 percent of voters have a “very unfavorable” opinion of Kamala Harris. The same poll showed Harris 25 points underwater with Independents and 10 points negative among voters overall.[67] Political analyst Charlie Cooke observed:
Harris encouraged liberal activists and terrorists to harass unvaccinated people at home.[69] Democracy is the biggest threat to national securityBiden border crisis
Kamala Harris responded with her signature cackling laughter when asked if she would visit the humanitarian crisis created by the Biden junta where children were being locked in cages and held in "jail-like facilities" longer than the law allows.[70] Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick told Fox News,
A border agent described conditions in the cells to the Epoch Times:
After White House chief propagandist Jen Psaki denied a border crisis existed,[73] the Biden junta put Kamala Harris in charge of managing the catastrophe.[74] Harris previously compared Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials to the Ku Klux Klan.[75] A week into the Harris' appointment as border czar, Harris had no immigration-related meetings on her schedule and made no public statements about the border crisis.[76] Axios reported "If you give someone a sh***ty assignment because the president doesn’t want to do it himself, you can’t be mad when the treacherous situation looks treacherous.”[77] Symone Sanders, an African American woman who was relegated to a subordinate position in the White House propaganda apparatus, told the Associated Press, "The vice president is not doing the border."[78] Harris refused to visit the border for six months and laughed at the unfolding human tragedy.[79] Not until President Trump announced he and Texas governor Greg Abbott would visit the border did Harris announce she would visit the border.[80] Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar, whose district was hardest hit by disaster, had been calling for months for the Biden junta to listen to the people in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, to him, and to law enforcement that is overwhelmed called Harris' visit to El Paso in the Upper Rio Rio Grande Valley a “politically safe” trip, a “check the box” kind of trip and a "joke". Harris never consulted with Cuellar, Texas governor Greg Abbott, or other local people. After alleged human rights violations, Harris demanded an investigation into the Biden regimes failed border policies that she is in charge of.[81] Unsanitary conditionsAccording to Politico,[82] White House and Health and Human Services officials were frustrated after being left with the task of cleaning up remarks about the Mexican border by Symone Sanders, senior spokesperson for Harris. Sanders told reporters that Biden and Harris “have instructed [HHS Secretary Xavier] Becerra to do a thorough investigation” of the El Paso army base where migrant children locked in cages. But Psaki and others had to tell The Guardian that no such investigation exists. “At no time did The White House recommend a probe of the facility,” a White House spokesman told The Guardian.[83] CBS News also reported that a White House official said that Biden did not order a formal investigation.[84] According to a whistleblower complaint, children were forced to sleep in tents that “were dirty and often had a foul odor,” at times smelling of sewage at the Fort Bliss, Texas army base, one of the camps the Biden junta used to hold 5,000 children. Children were not given prompt medical care when experiencing health crises, including one girl who had a panic attack after learning that her old sister was dying and another who, after not receiving her period for months, began bleeding profusely. One 13-year-old from Honduras at Fort Bliss recounted that a friend was served raw or undercooked chicken “that still had feathers in it.”[85] The complaint was sent to various congressional committees and to the Health and Human Services (HHS) inspector general. The Health and Human Services Department hired a water-and-fire damage repair contractor with no training to supervise migrant children at the Texas army base. As of July 2021 there were roughly 14,500 children in HHS custody at several of its concentration camps. When chief border czar Kamala Harris visited Texas in June 2021, she studiously avoided Fort Bliss. Babies in cagesThe Biden / Harris regime kept babies in cages.. The junta renewed the Obama era program of locking migrant children in cages.[86] The New York Times initially reported the junta was holding 3250 kids in "jail-like facilities"[87] 38% longer than the law allows.[88] The figure was later revised to 9,400 in February alone,[89] and by the third week of March DHS said the number of babies in cages was 15,500.[90] The Former head of CBP said Homeland Commissar Alejandro Mayorkas "lied to the American people" about the crisis.[91] According to CBS News, children were held in overcrowded conditions, and some were having to sleep on the floor and were going hungry. One immigration lawyer representing the children said there were kids who have only showered once in seven days and weren’t allowed to shower more often. The children were not allowed outdoors and complained of not seeing the sun in days. The Donna complex which is supposed to hold only 250 people held 1,800, or 729% of its pandemic era capacity. The migrants were not able to practice any social distancing because of the massive number of people.[92] The New York Post wrote in an editorial, "While we feel Trump was wrongly vilified for these facilities, Biden deserves every knock of hypocrisy leveled against him."[93] Time magazine pleaded for the Dear Leader to end locking babies in cages.[94] McGowan tweet in response to Kamala Harris/Bill Clinton "Women's Empowerment" event. The Washington Post reported “[y]oung people are waiting in cramped, austere holding cells with concrete floors and benches. Lights remain on 24 hours a day, agents say, and there are few places to play.”[95] CNN’s Pamela Brown reported that “as the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border gets worse, the media is being kept from it despite calls of transparency from the Biden administration. Reporters and photographers were not been allowed inside the facilities where thousands of unaccompanied children are being kept in similar to jail-like conditions."[96] When negative publicity arose, the Biden team then emptied the cages and forced children to sleep in buses overnight, according to NBC News.[97] Skips border conference to visit bakeryAs the Border Czar, Kamala skipped attending an international conference in Mexico City to examine the root causes of illegal immigration into the United States in order to visit a bakery in New Jersey.[98] Women’s EmpowermentVice president Harris co-hosted a virtual Women’s Empowerment event for women and girls with serial sexual abuser Bill Clinton.[99] Rose McGowan tweeted a response:
Toxic work environmentIn the wake of her disastrous photo ops in Guatemala, Mexico, and El Paso, staffers began to quit, citing that Kamala is impossible to work with.[101] Politico reported that Kamala's office is "Not a healthy environment’: rife with dissent. There is dysfunction inside the VP’s office, aides and administration officials say. And it’s emanating from the top."[102]
Aides describe Harris as unpredictable and at times demeaning to her staff. She often hung up on her aides, berated them when she didn’t think they were prepared enough for briefings, and had a reputation for churning through interns and lower-level staff.[103] Some of her former staffers claimed to be suffering from a form of post-traumatic stress after Harris started her ascension to the White House. According to the Washington Free Beacon, “they sought therapy to ‘resolve trauma from the on-the-job abuse’ after Harris was selected as Biden’s running mate in 2020.”[104] Some former Harris staffers sought therapy after leaving the Democrat presidential hopeful's employment.[105] When an Axios hit piece on Kamala,[106] the New York Post reported the knives were out for Kamala in the racist and misogynist Biden White House.[107] Biden regime chief propagandist Jen Psaki cited racism, sexism, and misogyny among Biden White House staffers and the liberal media for press leaks criticizing Harris.[108] Before the first year was up, Kamala Harris's approval ratings by American citizens, taxpayers, and voters, stood at 28% - the worst approval ratings for any vice president in human history. Sanders bailed on her White House position to protect her career and viable job prospects. Symoner Sanders joined a mob of Harris aides abandoning the abusive atmosphere.[109] Some former Harris staffers sought therapy after leaving the Democrat presidential hopeful's employment.[110] Coronavirus
After Kamala was vaccinated in a much-publicized photo-op, she and her husband were seen kissing through masks in another photo-op. When Kamala Harris made her first visit to Guatemala, she was greeted by Guatemalan protesters with banners reading, "Kamala, Trump Won."[111] When the Democrat statehouse delegation fled Texas to avoid voting on election integrity laws, Kamala met with them in Washington, D.C. for a photo-op. The photo-op turned into a coronavirus superspreader event. The next day 3 state legislators with whom Kamala had been in close contact tested positive for Covid. On Sunday, July 18, 2021, Kamala was hospitalized for a "routine doctor’s appointment,” according to the White House press office.[112] Although fully vaccinated, after the CDC restrictions were lifted, Kamala Harris and husband Doug Emhoff publicly displayed their lack of confidence in the science when seen kissing with masks on.[113] Guatamala & Mexico visitsWhen Harris visited Guatemala and Mexico, she said that if you want to fix a problem, you have to go to where the problem is and listen to the people. “I almost believe that if you want to fix a problem, you have to go where the problem exists,” Harris declares. “If you want to address the needs of a people, you must meet those people. You must spend time with those people. Because the only way to fix the problem, is to understand the problem.”[114] Bizarre moment Kamala Harris pays tribute to John McCain at monument erected to the memory of 50,000 victims of bombing in North Vietnam.[115] In Guatemala, President Alejandro Giammattei there told Harris the massive influx at the border was due to the Biden/Harris policies. The people of Guatemala were very angry with the Biden junta for its empowerment and support of Latin American criminal gangs and drug cartels. Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei told CBS News, “We asked the United States government to send more of a clear message to prevent more people from leaving,” Giammattei said. When Biden took office, “The message changed too: ‘We’re going to reunite families, we’re going to reunite children,’” he said. “The very next day, the coyotes were here organizing groups of children to take them to the United States.” When Border Czar Kamala Harris arrived for a visit, the 56-year-old pro-abortion childless woman was not well received in the Catholic country. The junta facilitated the trafficking of Central American children in criminal gangs. Protesters greeted her "Kamala Go Home" and made clear her anti-pro-abortion messages and failure to protect Hispanic child immigrants were not well received.[116] According to President Giammattei, by December 2021 there were no further contacts between the government of Guatemala and Harris who was allegedly assigned to get to the "root of the immigration crisis."[117] Fall of Kabul
According to Yahoo News, Kamala giggled and cackled at questions about the unfolding humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan when Biden/Harris made the unilateral decision, without consulting American allies and in defiance of Pentagon and intelligence community warnings, to pull abandon stores of modern weapons, pull troops out, leave 40,000 American citizen contractors and aid workers stranded, and re-empower Taliban terrorists.[118] Vietnam disasterIn August 2021, during the Fall of Kabul, Harris was sent on an official diplomatic visit to Vietnam. In Vietnam Harris and/or her staff and media convinced themselves that a monument the Vietnamese erected commemorating the shoot-down of John McCain, who spent 8 years in a Vietnamese prisoner-of-war camp as a war criminal, was built to honor John McCain. McCain flew 22 bombing missions over Vietnam during the Vietnam war. Approximately 50,000 North Vietnamese civilians were killed in bombings by the United States.[119] On the official diplomatic visit, Harris expressed effusive words of honor, affection, and heroism for the person whom the Vietnamese government and people regard as a war criminal. Kamala mocking French people with a farcical parody of a French accent. At the very moment the Biden regime was resurrecting the Taliban terrorist state, leaving behind the most sophisticated modern weapons in a bungled and embarrassing retreat with needless loss of life for both American servicemen and Afghan civilians, Harris proclaimed "America is back."[120] While in Vietnam Harris may have been exposed to Havana Syndrome. French farceAs part of her diplomatic visit to France, Harris stopped at the world-renowned biomedical research facility where her scientist mother worked in the ’80s, CNN reported. Harris was tasked with smoothing over relations between France and the U.S. after the raucous AUKUS rollout, but mocking the nation’s language with a microaggression was the wrong way to go about it. It was p[ainful to watch. Harris demonstrated her lack of couth and basic self-awareness during a visit to the Institute Pasteur in Paris by slipping into what sounded like a very bad, and bizarre, French accent. Harris was speaking about her affinity for scientific hypotheses, which she said were far superior to government plans because of the ability to pivot when things are not working out. “We campaign with ‘The Plan’ — uppercase ‘t’ uppercase ‘p’ — the plan,” she repeated in what sounded like a phony accent if not simply an awkward affectation. “And then the environment is such that we’re expected to defend ‘The Plan,'” Harris added.[121] Racist treesWhile at Goddard Space Center, Harris asked NASA if it could use its satellites to track trees “by race” in various neighborhoods as part of “environmental justice”. “Can you measure trees — part of that data that you are referring to, [and it’s an issue of] EJ, environmental justice — that you can also track by race their averages in terms of the number of trees in the neighborhoods where people live?” Her comments led to online ridicule and the hashtag “Black Trees Matter”.[122] 2020 presidential campaignTo give the appearance of viewer participation and a large audience for Kamala Harris' Acceptance Speech, the DNC doubled the images circled in red, purple, and yellow, who are all the same people. Democrats nominated segregationist Joseph R. Biden, commonly known as the "Architect of Mass Incarceration" of minorities.[123][124] Both Biden and Harris are descendants of slave owners.[125] Harris hired Marc Elias, the bagman who paid off Christopher Steele more than $900,000 on behalf of Hillary Clinton and the DNC for the fraudulent Steele dossier, which became the basis of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax and the Obama administration used to meddle in the 2016 presidential election, is Harris' senior counsel. Elias was the paymaster in the what has been described as the biggest political scandal in modern American history.[126] Historically, the ticket enjoys a rise or "bump" in the polls coming out of the convention.[127][128] However, the DNC ticket of slave-owner descendants Biden/Harris[129][130] dropped in the polls in what was widely viewed as one of the most despicable displays of hate and divisiveness in American political history.[131][132][133] A Time magazine survey found 570 leftwing terrorist incidents in 220 cities between May 24, 2020 and August 22, 2020.[134] After the conventions Democrat protesters marched through Oakland, California chanting "Death to America!".[135] Harris has promised riots will not stop before or after the election.[136] Harris refused to take the Covid vaccine if Donald Trump said to it.[137] The largest voter fraud organization ever
The probability of mail-in voter fraud creating chaos after Election Day, November 3, 2020, is very real. Some states may force residents to use mail-in ballots during the current health emergency. Voting by mail makes it easier to commit fraud, intimidate voters, and destroy the protections of the secret ballot. Without the oversight of election and polling officials, mail-in ballots are the ballots most vulnerable to being altered, stolen, or forged. Fraud by duplicate voting can occur, once by absentee or mail-in ballot, and then again in person. Employees of private companies hired to contact and register voters have been known to change party affiliations of voters and forge signatures on voter registration forms, among other things. Ten days before the election Biden went back into hiding and boasted of having assembled "the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in history.”[138] When Democrats want to tilt elections in their favor outside the ballot box, Marc Elias of Perkins Coie is the go-to guy. Perkins Coie is the Democratic law firm, paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign, that hired Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Donald Trump in 2016. They failed, but still compiled the Steele dossier full of foreign-solicited lies about Trump and Russia, which was leaked by Obama intelligence officials to try to sabotage the new president’s administration, sow doubt in his election victory, and invalidate the votes of 63 million Americans. From Wisconsin to Nevada, to California, Marc Elias and the Democrats pushed lawsuits disguised as “election reform” to water down important election safeguards and increase the opportunity for fraud, abuse, and corruption. In August 2020 Politico reported, Coronavirus has turned the Democratic Party’s voter contact program, one operative said, into something more like a tech support operation than a traditional door-knocking effort.....Priorities USA, the Democratic super PAC, is spending $24 million on voter mobilization, which includes vote-by-mail education. Fair Fight, a group founded by Stacey Abrams, has rolled out voter protection programs in 17 states.... The RNC and the Trump campaign pushed back against the Democrats’ assault on the integrity of elections. All across the country, Democrats tried to use coronavirus and the courts to legalize ballot harvesting, implement a nationwide mail-in ballot system, and eliminate nearly every safeguard in our elections. One in five mail in ballots have been rejected in several 2020 elections. Nearly two-thirds (62%) say there is fraud in U.S. elections, and that fraud would concern them under Democrats’ nationwide mail-in ballot system. Americans overwhelmingly approve of the safeguards Democrats are suing to eliminate like signature matching (84%), voter identification (80%), and a ballot receipt deadline of election day (83%). Voters also oppose (67%) allowing campaign workers to collect mail-in ballots, also known as ballot harvesting.[141] Identity politicsThe Democrats message was not well received by Latinos during the 2020 Presidential election. Harris, who is running on a platform of identity politics, criticized identity politics when Sen. Bernie Sanders attacked her and suggested that candidates should be evaluated on the basis of qualifications and ideas, not identity politics.
Despite her open attacks on Biden as a racist and a defender of segregation, Harris accepted Biden's offer to be on the Democratic ticket as the nominee for Vice-President in the 2020 election. After the selection was announced on August 11, Harris issued a public statement completely at odds with her previous attitude towards Biden: "Joe Biden can unify the American people because he's spent his life fighting for us. And as President, he'll build an America that lives up to our ideals." In response, the Trump re-election campaign dubbed the two "Slow Joe and Phony Kamala."[142] Racism and bigotryHarris promoted a racist stereotype that Jamaicans smoke marijuana.[143][144] Harris instigated hate by comparing the men and women serving in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to the Ku Klux Klan,[145] while more than half of all ICE agents are Hispanic.[146] Harris has been confronted by Hispanic women for her racist exploitation of Hispanic women and children for votes.[147][148] Harris promotes anti-white hate, racism and bigotry by continuing to claim on the presidential campaign trail in 2020 that Michael Brown of Ferguson, Missouri was "murdered" by a white police officer.[149] The United States Justice Department under Barack Obama and Eric Holder determined the shooting of Michael Brown was justifiable homicide in self-defense.[150] The Black Lives Matter movement was founded upon the misinformation, hate, and bigotry of liberal biased fake news reporting of the Michael Brown shooting.[151] Democratic 2020 presidential candidate Kamala Harris with Willie Brown. Brown authored the 1975 law making homosexuality legal in California and compared the Rev. Jim Jones of the People's Temple to Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi. Harris made gay marriage legal in California by not defending Proposition 8 in federal court.[152] Father rejects her racial stereotypesDonald J. Harris, a civil rights activist and the father of Kamala, severely rebuked Kamala after she was asked on a radio broadcast if she had ever smoked marijuana. Kamala invoked a vulgar and racist stereotype of Jamaicans:
Her father responded:
Jussie Smollett
Kamala Harris once called Jussie Smollett's outrageously false claims of a supposed "MAGA anti-black homophobic" attack an 'attempted modern day lynching'.[154] Harris refused to walk back her claims in the Jussie Smollett case when Smollett was exposed as having paid for and staged a hate crime hoax to spark racial animosity. Harris alleged MAGA supporters had engaged in a "modern day lynching."[155] Kamala and Jussie. Kamala introduced legislation to make lynching a federal crime; Jussie allegedly faked his own lynching threat to draw attention to the bill. According to Jussie Smollett, he was out grabbing a sandwich at 2 am in 7 degrees temperature at a Subway sandwich shop in the Windy City when he was set upon by two white thugs. The attackers, wearing red baseball caps (the type of hat upon which MAGA hats portray their printed slogan to convey their political message) in uber-blue Chicago, allegedly called him a "f****t", "n****r", and told him "This is MAGA country!" before punching him, kicking him, dousing him with bleach and putting a noose around his neck. Harris immediately tweeted that the attack was a "modern day lynching." Kamala Harris sponsored an "anti-lynching bill" in the Senate in late December 2018 to make lynching a new federal crime. The bill had always previously stalled in the Senate, because it was seen as an unnecessary political gimmick, meant to remind people of historical black oppression in the South. Murdering people with a rope has always been a crime under state law. In the wake of Smollett's faked "noose assault" in Chicago on January 29, Harris's anti-lynching bill unanimously passed the Senate on February 14, 2019.[156] Harris finally laid claim to a legislative accomplishment, though no matching bill has passed the House of Representatives. Chicago Police determined that Jussie Smollett paid two Nigerian-American (i.e., black – not white) brothers, acquaintances $3,500 to "assault" Jussie in a rehearsed "attack." The brothers produced a receipt for purchase of the rope with money they got from Smollett, and later a video recording of them purchasing items used in the attack was located. Smollett claims victim status in two groups: black and gay. Mainstream media bought the hoax hook-line-and-sinker. ABC News's Robin Roberts of Good Morning America proved the most gullible (among dozens of others).[157] In December 2021, Smollett was convicted on five felony counts of perpetrating a hate crime hoax. War on CopsHarris claims Michael Brown, who spawned the Obama riots, was "murdered by a white police officer,"[158] provoking widespread criticism. Even the far left Wadhington Post fact checkers awarded her four Pinocchios for lying. Bigotry toward people with disabilitiesDuring a campaign event Kamala Harris was asked by an audience member (with a microphone): “what are you going to do in the next one year to diminish the mentally r*****ed action of this guy?” In response to the question a laughing Senator Harris replied: “Well said. Well said.”[159] When called out for her insensitive comments and bigotry, Harris later denied the R-word was used in the exchange. Women's rights and sex crimesDuring an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle in April 2020, Harris said in reference to Tara Reade, Biden and Tara Reade. Beginning in 1993 Reade made credible allegations about being assaulted and penetrated by Joe Biden and was hounded out of her job in his Senate office in retaliation for doing so.[160]
Reade told Newsbusters,
Reade asked if Harris will “ignore it out of a will for power” or “will she hold Biden accountable? Will she be silent?”[162] Protected a known sexual predator on staff for 14 yearsHarris sent out a fundraising email after the Dayton nightclub and El Paso Walmart shootings. The Dayton shooter was a member of Antifa and the Walmart shooter was a socialist who feared legal immigration was slowing down adoption of a universal basic income. The fundraising letter was sent out before the 31 victims of leftist violence were buried. A longtime top staff member of Harris resigned after The Sacramento Bee inquired about a $400,000 harassment and retaliation settlement resulting from his time working for Harris at the California Department of Justice.[163] Larry Wallace, who served as the director of the Division of Law Enforcement under Attorney General Harris, was accused by his former executive assistant in December 2016 of “gender harassment” and other demeaning behavior, including frequently asking her to crawl under his desk to change the paper in his printer. The lawsuit was filed on Dec. 30, 2016, when Harris was still attorney general but preparing to be sworn in as California's newly elected Democratic senator. It was settled less than five months later, in May 2017, by Xavier Becerra, who was appointed to replace her as attorney general. Harris, who has known Wallace for 14 years, then hired him in March 2017 as a senior adviser in her Sacramento U.S. Senate constituent services office. A misconduct claim naming Wallace arrived at the California Department of Justice three months before Harris left the attorney general's office in early 2017. An intake form from the Equal Employment Rights and Resolution Office, which oversees discrimination investigations and compliance at the Department of Justice, shows that the department was first notified on Oct. 3, 2016, of Danielle Hartley's intent to pursue legal action.[164] Wallace resigned 6 weeks before Harris announced her candidacy for president.[165] According to the Los Angeles Times, the amount of money paid out to settle sexual harassment claims during Harris' tenure as California Attorney General was nearly three times more than previously reported. Total sexual harassment claims between 2011 and 2017 were $1.1 million, including several payments to men who apparently were victims of homosexual harassers at work in the states highest law enforcement bureau.[166] Bob FilnerHarris drew considerable criticism in 2013 for allowing San Diego mayor and former Democrat congressman Bob Filner to plead guilty to charges of false imprisonment and battery against three women in exchange for a light sentence. 20 women accused Filner of sexual harassment and misconduct. Some said he put them in “Filner headlocks.” Filner could have faced up to five years in prison, but the plea bargain instead gave him three months of house arrest, three years' probation, and partial loss of his mayoral pension. The plea deal let him escape registering as a sex offender. Filner was allowed to keep his civil service system pension.[167] No equal pay ever in her officeHarris has never practiced gender pay equity with either her Senate staff or her presidential campaign. In her Senate office's most recent six-month disclosure, covering the period from April 1, 2018, through Sept. 31, 2018, the median male salary disbursement was $34,999 and the median female salary disbursement was $32,999, leaving women with just 94 cents of every dollar paid to men. The gender pay gap for the previous six-month period, during which the median male salary was $27,167 and the median female salary was $25,749.97, was a nearly identical 6 percent. The pay gap was even greater during the first full month of Harris's presidential campaign in February—the median female salary disbursement for the month, $5,763.97, was about 87 percent of the median male salary disbursement, $6,632.23, a further analysis of her campaign filing found.[168] China connectionsHunter Biden, right, flew to China in 2013 aboard Air Force Two, with his father, Joe Biden, left, December 4, 2013. 10 days late Hunter Biden signed a $1.5 Billion deal with the Chinese military.[169]
DLA Piper, a multinational law firm, boasts nearly 30 years of experience in China and over 140 lawyers dedicated to its “China Investment Services” branch. Harris’s links to the company are found with her husband, Douglas Emhoff, who has served as a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice and its Media, Sport, and Entertainment sector since 2017. DLA Piper boasts of having “long-established and embedded “China Desks” in both the U.S. and Europe” to assist their China-focused consulting. To facilitate DLA Piper’s China practice – which has received countless prestigious awards from the China Business Law Journal and China Law and Practice – the company employs a host of former Chinese Communist Party officials. The hires serve to bolster DLA Piper’s China operation, which it outlines as necessitating “liaising with the central and local authorities” in China. The company listed itself as an adviser to two government-owned airlines: China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines. DLA Piper has also advised China Merchants Group (CMG), a state-owned company “under the direct supervision” of the Chinese Communist Party’s State Council, on a $2.5 billion tech deal. CMG also identifies itself as a “crucial participant and promoter of the national initiative of the Belt and Road,” the Chinese Communist Party’s scheme to expand its economic and political control across the developing world. The firm has also advised Huarong Investment Stock Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of one of China’s largest state-owned bad debt managers, and China National Gold Group, a state-owned mining and refining company. Tencent, the host of the WeChat app which is set to banned by the Trump administration for its compromising links to the Chinese Communist Party's human rights abuses, partnered with DLA Piper on a $230 million deal with the Chinese tech giant’s food delivery app known as Miss Fresh. The Cohen Group, a consulting firm started by former Secretary of Defense and Joe Biden endorser William Cohen, has a self-described “strong strategic partnership with DLA Piper.”[170] In January 2021, the chairman of China Huarong Asset Management, Lai Xiaomin, was executed on corruption charges.[171] Marxist uprising
Kamala Harris praised the 'brilliance' and impact of the Black Lives Matter organization, deeming them necessary,[172] which led some on social media to slam her as insane. Harris said,
The Chaldean Catholic Cathedral in El Cajon, California was defaced with swastikas, Biden 2020, upside down crosses and BLM imagery.[173] Harris never condemned the violence at rallies held in the organization's name in cities across the country, nor the shooting of two police officers in Louisville. Critics slammed her support for the organization whose co-founder described herself as a 'trained Marxist' in 2015. Many suggested she was supporting riots, violence, and intimidation. GOP operative Arthur Schwartz posted a clip of her interview with the comment"
Others on Twitter slammed Harris as 'insane' and said she should ask the business owners whose shops have been destroyed if they feel 'evolved'. Daniel Babinski tweeted,
Robby Starbuck tweeted,
"Keep your hands off our Medicare"On August 30, 2017, Harris announced that she would co-sponsor Sen. Bernie Sanders' Medicare for All bill, creating a single-payer system.[174] In April 2018, Harris co-sponsored the Choose Medicare Act that increased government spending on ObamaCare and rendered higher income individuals eligible for subsidized assistance.[175] Harris' so-called "healthcare plan" places a balloon payment on Americans' healthcare, i.e. "kicks the can down the road" past the next election to solve the "crisis" in this years election cycle. It's another "get more, pay less" scheme, not really possible under basic laws of mathematics, science, logic, rational argument or reasoning.[176] While campaigning Harris encountered a senior voter. The elder woman asked "you are advocating health care for everyone … who's going to pay for it?" Harris said, "Well, we're going to pay for it" The woman responded, "No we're not. Leave our health care system alone. We don't want you to mess with it."[177] Immigration and human traffickingHarris supports San Francisco's sanctuary city policy.[178] The Biden junta held children separated from their parents in cages.[179] On October 25, 2017, Harris stated she would not support a spending bill and promised a government shutdown until Congress addressed the DACA program.[180] She did not support a February 2018 proposal by some Democrats to provide President Trump with $25 billion in funding for a border wall in exchange for giving DREAMers a pathway to citizenship.[181] In a January 2018 interview, when asked by Hiram Soto about her ideal version of a bipartisan deal on DACA, Harris stated the need to focus on comprehensive immigration reform."[182] Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency was created by a bipartisan Congress on a recommendation of the 9/11 Commission after 19 Islamic jihadis entered the United States under the Clinton administration and murdered 3,000 Americans. In November 2018 Harris compared ICE workers, half of which are Hispanic to the Ku Klux Klan. The suggestion sparked horror and outrage.[183] In July 2019, the Tacoma suicide bomber attack by a leftwing extremist occurred on an ICE facility housing hundreds of children. Harris never condemned the violence. Kamala Harris refused to stand, applaud, and sat motionless, shaking her head "no" during the 2019 State of the Union Address when President Trump called upon Congress to take action to end human trafficking.[184] Harris was a staunch fighter of human trafficking as San Francisco DA. Harris proposes taking away American's private health insurance and making them pay for illegal immigrants healthcare.[185] As a presidential candidate, Harris flip-flopped and became in favor of legalizing prostitution to appeal to the Democrat's criminal element.[186] As California Attorney General, Harris refused to prosecute an illegal alien MS-13 gang member only months before he murdered an entire family.[187] CrimeHarris uses the code words "reimagining police" for defunding the police. Biden Crime BillHarris openly criticized Joe Biden, who authored the 1994 Crime Bill. Harris said the bill contributed to "mass incarceration in our country," established the "federal three strikes law," and "funded the building of more prisons in the states." Harris' brother-in-law, Tony West,[188] along with Joe Biden, helped author the 1994 Crime Bill that incarcerated 2.5 million Blacks, one-tenth of the Black male population.[189] MarijuanaIn the Second Debate, Harris was called for joking about her smoking marijuana while having locked up over 1,500 people for the same crime. The Washington Free Beacon' later issued a correction of its finding that Harris had locked up at least 1,560 people for marijuana-related offenses. According to California's Department of Corrections, the figure now is at least 1,974 were admitted to prison under Harris for marijuana offenses.[190] Prisoners votingHarris is for convicted murderers, rapists, child molesters, drug dealers and terrorists to vote while in prison.[191] EducationHarris claims "the schools of America are as segregated if not more segregated today than they were when I was in elementary school. And we need to put every effort including busing into play to desegregate the schools.”[192] On federally mandated busing, she replied: “I believe that any tool that is in the toolbox should be considered by a school district.”[193] Harris’ old Berkeley school district has today, despite its high level of integration, the worst test-score racial gap in the United States, with its median black student testing at only the fifth percentile of its white students.[194] A vast database at Stanford's Center for Education Policy Analysis demonstrates that the biggest racial divides in school achievement are found in highly liberal districts. Blacks students achieve less in school in highly Democratic places, whether poor or rich. Anechoic Media's analysis of the Stanford database found that: Black students in counties that voted Trump significantly overperform their socioeconomic status baseline. Going from a strong blue county, to a strong red county increases expected district black NAEP score by an effect roughly similar to a ~3.17 percentage point reduction in black poverty.[195] HousingHarris boasts, "as attorney general of California, I took on the big banks who preyed on the homeowners." Harris and several other state attorneys general negotiated a $25 billion nationwide settlement with five of the top U.S. mortgage lenders to provide debt relief and other financial services to struggling homeowners. But in 2012 then-California Gov. Jerry Brown illegally diverted $331 million from California's portion of the settlement to pay off state budget deficits incurred before the 2008 housing crisis. The beleaguered homeowners never got he funds. Harris remained silent on the court battles raging since 2014 as attorney general, Senator and presidential candidate.
California courts deemed the diversion of funds illegal three times already. Gov. Gavin Newsom has not complied with court orders, and Sen. Harris remained silent. ReparationsHarris originally opposed slave reparations and in its place offered a tax credit for all families earning under $100,000.[197] Harris moved toward reparations as the Democrats' strategy of promoting and emphasizing racial divisiveness in the 2020 elections took shape.[198][199] Harris has not elaborated on whether the descendants of people who did not own slaves such as Native Americans, Republicans, Italians, Poles, Jews, Hispanics and other ethnic groups that migrated to the United States after the American Civil War would be granted an exemption from paying reparations, or if Americans such as Barack Obama and herself, who have no ancestry connected to North American slaves, would qualify. Harris is 50% South Asian (India), 25% African, and 25% Irish. Under Harris' reparations proposal, if it were based on any notion of justice, she would be exempt; her mother immigrated from India and her father from Jamaica. Even if an argument could be made that she were entitled to reparations based on her father's African heritage, it would be cancelled out by her father's other one-half Irish heritage. At best she'd be entitled to one-half the standard benefit, of which she'd be liable to pay to herself (plus administrative overheard costs). War on Cow Farts
Harris advocates "banning certain behaviors," not in regards to deviant sexual habits and practices, but in regards to the food people eat. BullyingHarris is noted for her nasty wit and bullying in Senate hearings with Chairman Chuck Grassley,[200] Judge Brett Kavanaugh,[201] Attorney General Bill Barr[202] and the Immigration and Custom Enforcement head.[203] After Rep. Tulsi Gabbard eliminated Harris from the top tier of candidates with series of questions about her record during the Second Debate, Harris press spokesmen claimed it was a Russian plot to end her presidential bid.[204] Shortly after, it was reported the California Attorney general's office removed arrest records during Kamala's tenure, making it difficult to research her claims.[205] 2020 primary campaignTweet put out by the Harris Campaign after Nancy Pelosi's famous Oval Office meltdown.
The crowd of 20,000 that attended her announcement speech was larger than the crowd of 7,000 Barack Obama attracted in 2007 but not as big as the 100,000 that attended Donald Trump's campaign announcement event. Harris made at least ten false statements in her announcement speech.[206] The establishment pick, weeks after her announcement supposed "independent" mainstream media journalists accompanied Harris to a boutique and helped her pick out a rainbow jacket (Caitlan Hurley-Burns of CBS News).[207] When Harris has made contradictory or embarrassing statements she habitually falls back on a claim that she "misheard" the question.[208] In the 3rd pre-Primary debate, Harris appeared drunk, causing donors to flee.[209] An Emerson poll showed Andrew Yang outpolling Harris in her own home state.[210] NBC News started writing her epitaph after her Third pre-Primary debate performance.[211] Harris, who called Biden out on his racism, was perfectly fine with Biden's obstruction of justice when Biden successfully got a prosecutor fired through extortion and bribery to thwart an investigation into his son, Hunter Biden's money laundering schemes/[212] Harris thinks the entire Colin Kaepernick fiasco is a Russian plot.[213] As her campaign faltered in the polls yet with still much cash on hand, Harris made desperate appeals to hate and racism trying to keep it afloat. StaffThe Harris campaign announced on January 21, 2019 that DNC election lawyer Marc Elias, will be the general counsel; Lily Adams, Clinton's Iowa communications director and daughter of former Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards, will be its national communications director; Angelique Cannon, Clinton's deputy national finance director and national finance director for Senate Majority PAC, will be its national finance director; and David Huynh, Clinton's director of delegate operations and ballot access, will be its senior adviser. As of 2019, Elias is general counsel for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, a group led by former Attorney General Eric Holder, who is actively considering his own run for president. Harris began stacking her Washington, D.C. congressional office with former Hillary Clinton campaign veterans almost immediately after making her way to Capitol Hill. In addition to Lily Adams, who was top press aide in the D.C. office, Harris brought in Sergio Gonzales as senior policy adviser. Gonzales was a regional director for Hillary for America. Kate Waters, who worked as the deputy press secretary for Clinton's campaign during the Iowa caucus and as press secretary during the West Virginia primary, Iowa primary, and Nebraska caucus, was brought in as press secretary early in Harris's tenure, among other Clinton vets. In July 2017 Harris's Senate campaign was renting office space from a small travel agency on Capitol Hill just a few minutes away from the Capitol and congressional offices. Harris's campaign never answered inquiries on why they were renting the office space 2,800 miles away from her home state. As Harris tapped Clinton campaign vets to her D.C. office—and now presidential campaign—she has used progressive public relations firms to project her message. Harris's presidential campaign's digital arm is run by Authentic Campaigns, a D.C.-based full-service digital strategy company that was founded by Mike Nellis, former vice president of campaigns of Revolution Messaging LLC. Revolution Messaging was considered instrumental in propelling Sen. Bernie Sanders's candidacy against Clinton during the 2016 elections. Harris has already paid Authentic Campaigns and Revolution Messaging millions of dollars from her Senate campaign committee for advertising and consulting services since entering Congress.[214] In end of 2021 beginning of 2022, staff exit has been Kamala Harris' staff exodus continued as her approval rating plummeted. [215] In Jan 2022, Harris hired new communications chief after wave of departures.[216] FundraisingHarris gained the financial backing of Marxist and socialist supporters of Bernie Sanders early as a 2020 Democratic party hopeful.[217][218] When she made her announcement in January 2019, she broke Sanders 24 hour record for fundraising.[219] She is the recipient of tens of thousands of dollars from elite Hollywood liberal donors arrested in the College Admissions scandal.[220] Shomik Dutta and the 1MDB scandalFrom 2011 – 2012 Shomik Dutta served as the National Finance Consultant to President Obama's re-election campaign. In 2013 he became Managing Director of DuSable Capital Management, founded by Frank R. White, Jr., Vice-Chair of Obama's 2012 re-election campaign.[221] DuSable had only one client, 1Malaysian Development Berhad (1MDB), whose global network of conspirators face indictment in the United States for money laundering in what the Justice Department calls the "largest single action ever brought by the department’s Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative" (kleptocracy is defined as a government of thieves).[222] 1MDB was wholly owned by the Malaysian government's Ministry of Finance, and cut a deal on paper to partner with DuSable in green technology and a photovoltaic electric power plant. DuSable, through a front group called Yurus, sold it's 49% share which it had invested no money in,[223] to 1MDB for $69 million six months after the paper agreement was made. Some of the proceeds of the $69 million sale ended up as foreign dark money contributions to Democratic candidates. Overall, 1MDB embezzled $4.5 Billion from the impoverished people of Malaysia in possibly the largest globalist investment scam to date.[224] In March 2019, a $2800-a-plate fundraiser was held by the Malibu Democrat Club in a private residence with Shomik Dutta as a featured guest. The event notice was taken down from the Malibu Democrat Club after inquires were made to the Harris campaign if Harris was aware of DuSable and Dhutta's involvement in a global money laundering scandal.[225] Connor Betts and Patrick Crasius
Harris used the murder of 31 people by two violent leftists to solicit funds for her 2020 presidential campaign.[226] Connor Betts was a member of Antifa who murdered nine people in Dayton, including 6 African Americans, and Patrick Crasius was a socialist who killed 22 people at a Walmart in El Paso he blamed for impeding passage of universal healthcare and a universal basic income, tuition debt, underemployment and not re-cycling plastics.[227] EndorsementsThe Harris campaign proudly announced an endorsement from Democratic Rep. Alcee Hastings (Fla.), who was at the center of a $220,000 taxpayer-funded sexual harassment settlement. The $220,000 sexual harassment settlement was paid in 2014. Roll Call obtained documents showing a former staffer said Hastings "touched her, made unwanted sexual advances, and threatened her job." Hastings also employed a convicted money launderer, is paying his girlfriend the maximum congressional salary, and is known as one of the top ethics violators in Congress. While on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Hastings was charged with soliciting a $150,000 bribe from undercover FBI officers. Hastings was acquitted after his alleged conspirator refused to testify despite a promise of immunity, but he was instead successfully impeached by a Democrat-controlled Congress. Harris said she is proud to have Hasting's endorsement. Harris was endorsed by Rep. Al Green (D., Texas), who was made Texas co-chairman of her campaign and has also been accused of sexual harassment by a staffer. Harris's husband headlined a fundraiser by the law firm that defended Jeffrey Epstein hours before Harris criticized the firm for defending Epstein.[228] One hit wonderTweet sent out in a coordinated media attack 30 seconds after Harris' First Round knockout punch of former VP Joe Biden. In the First Debate Harris confronted former Obama VP Joseph Biden over his role in repealing sections of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that restored funding to schools refusing to integrate with Blacks after the 1954 Brown vs. Board of Education desegregation order.[229] The Biden Amendment,[230] originally written by segregationist Democrat Sen. James Eastland, but with Biden's name on it with few modifications, restored federal funding for schools that refused to comply with court ordered desegregation and busing.[231] Harris told MSNBC's Chris Matthews:
The next morning there were T-shirts bearing the words “That little girl was me” with the image of a young, pigtailed Harris, ready for sale on her website the following morning. Her ex-lover, 85 year old Willie Brown,[233] wrote an op-ed saying that no Democrat could beat Trump.[234] After wiping the floor with Biden, Harris' poll numbers were cut in half from 20& to 12% to 7% in the space of two weeks, with only 1% of black Democrats supporting her,[235] her chosen group to identify with. In the Third Debate Harris appeared drunk.[236] NBC News reported that Harris' Hollywood big money donors were beginning to bail.[237] By the fourth debate Tulsi Gabbard moved ahead of Harris,[238] with some polls having Harris in 10th place. Harris began laying off staff and folding up shop in New Hampshire.[239] As her campaign sputtered, Harris lashed out at Elizabeth Warren, citing the fact that Harris had never represented corporations, unlike the doubletalking Warren who began her career doing so.[240] CareerAt a September 1976 testimonial dinner honoring Jim Jones, Willie Brown is at the far left and Jones is at the far right.[241] Harris began her career in politics at the age of 29 by having an extra-marital affair with the corrupt 60-year-old California politician Willie Brown.[242] As San Francisco mayor, when they were having their affair, Brown was dogged by conflict of interest accusations, and as speaker of the California Assembly was investigated by the FBI. When the tryst began, she was a low level clerk in a city office of Mayor Brown's political machine.[243] Mayor Brown gave her a brand new 1994 BMW. As Speaker, Brown appointed her to high paying jobs on the California Medical Assistance Commission and Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.[244] These positions paid more than $400,000 over five years. During her first bid for electoral office as district attorney of San Francisco in 2003, which Speaker Brown assisted by raising money and introducing her to deep-pocketed donors, she excused the gift of a brand new BMW away, telling reporters she traded it in for a 1997 BMW which she then drove.[245] After dumping Harris, having a child with a lobbyist he awarded a multi-milliondollar contract to, and divorcing his wife, 84 year old Willie Brown took up with Russian model Sonya Molodetskaya.[246] Like Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama, Harris failed her bar examination.[247] Bay Area DemocratsThe New York Times describes Harris as "rooted in the Bay Area Democratic establishment."[248] CalWatchdog.com[249] which describes itself as "an independent, Sacramento-based journalism venture providing original investigative reports and news stories" that "adheres to traditional journalistic standards and focuses on improving government transparency,"[250] reports "Actually, Jim Jones cult was Bay Area Democrats."[251] According to a 2012 article on Salon, a liberal website: Socialist paradise in Guyana. Lack of beef and living off of jungle plants is said to have added to the mass irrationality. Its leader, a community organizer named Jim Jones, was very active in Democrat Party politics.
And Harvey Milk, later assassinated with Moscone: “But no political figures were more gushing in their praise of Jones than Willie Brown and Harvey Milk, San Francisco’s rising tribune of gay freedom. Milk, a perennial candidate for office until he finally won a supervisor’s seat in 1977, aggressively sought Jones’s political blessing. ‘Our paths have crossed,’ Milk wrote Jones during an earlier campaign for supervisor, in a letter filled with the kind of awed reverence that the cult leader demanded from his followers. ‘They will stay crossed. It is a fight that I will walk with you into . . . The first time I heard you, you made a statement: “Take one of us, and you must take all of us.” Please add my name.’”[253] San Francisco district attorneyHarris was elected San Francisco District Attorney in 2003. In April 2004, San Francisco Police Department Officer Isaac Espinoza was shot and killed in the line of duty. Three days later, Harris announced she would not seek the death penalty, infuriating the San Francisco Police Officers Association. During Officer Espinoza's funeral Sen. Dianne Feinstein rose to the pulpit and called on Harris, who was sitting in the front pew, to secure the death penalty, prompting a standing ovation from the 2,000 uniformed police officers in attendance. Harris still refused. Officer Espinoza's killer was convicted of the murder and sentenced to life in prison.[254] Harris refused to seek the death penalty for an illegal alien and alleged MS-13 gang member accused of a triple homicide.[255][256] In 2012, a Superior Court Judge ruled that San Francisco District Attorney Harris's office violated defendants' rights by hiding damaging information about a police crime lab technician, and was indifferent to demands that it account for its failings.[257] Harris opposed San Francisco's Proposition K ballot initiative to legalize prostitution. Harris said, “I think it’s completely ridiculous, just in case there’s any ambiguity about my position. It would put a welcome mat out for pimps and prostitutes to come on into San Francisco.” Harris argued prostitution exposes girls and women to drug, gun and sexual crimes, and “compromises the quality of life in a community.” Harris noted that 65 percent of cases handled by her department's sexual assault unit involved sex workers as victims.[258] Harris filed an amicus brief in District of Columbia v. Heller, arguing that the Washington, D.C., gun law at issue did not violate the Second Amendment.[259] California attorney generalHarris was elected Attorney General in 2010. Prison overcrowdingAfter the United States Supreme Court in Brown v. Plata (2011) declared California's prisons so overcrowded they violated prisoners' Eighth Amendment right against cruel and unusual punishment, Harris fought federal court supervision. When California failed to fully implement the court's order to reduce overcrowding, and was ordered to implement new parole programs, the State of California appealed the decision, and in court filings Harris's office argued that if forced to release these inmates early, prisons would lose an important source of slave labor.[260] Prisoners in California earn between 8 and 37 cents per hour in maintenance and kitchen jobs; prisoners fighting California wildfires receive $1 per hour.[261] Direct democracyIn 2008 the people of California passed Proposition 8, the state's referendum on same-sex marriage by an overwhelming popular vote. Harris refused to defend the Proposition 8 in court. The decision was significant. In 2013, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that proponents of the measure did not have the legal standing to defend Proposition 8 on appeal after Harris refused to do so. The case was dismissed by the U.S. Supreme Court, removing the ban on same-sex marriage in California.[262] These actions were a blow to direct democracy.[263] She supported the Obama administration's Executive Orders on transgenders.[264] Jessica's LawHarris refused to enforce Jessica's Law, requiring residency restrictions on sex offenders.[265] Inmate sex change operations
In 2015 a male inmate of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation was paroled early. The inmate had sued the state in federal court claiming he was being denied a sex change operation. The court ordered the state to provide the inmate with the requested medical services. Harris represented the Department of Corrections and appealed the decision. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals opined the inmate was released early while the case was on appeal to render the case moot.[266] Three Strikes LawDaniel Larsen, found innocent by a federal judge, had been in prison for 13 years. In 1999, when two police officers claimed they saw Larsen, who had earlier in his life been convicted for burglary, pull a six-inch-long knife from his waistband and throw it under a car, he was sentenced to twenty-seven years to life under the three-strikes law supported by Harris. Police wrongly targeted Larsen in the first place, and witnesses reported that it wasn't Larsen but the man he was with who had thrown the knife. In trial, Larsen's incompetent lawyer (who would later be disbarred) didn't investigate a single witness, nor present one in trial. Eleven years later, a judge reversed the conviction due to the lack of evidence and incompetence of Larson's attorney's. Yet two years later, Larsen was still in jail. Harris appealed the decision on the basis that Larsen had filed his paperwork too late.[267] Tens of thousands of people petitioned Harris to release Larsen, and numerous civil rights groups similarly called on her to do the right thing. But even when he was eventually released from custody after fourteen years, Harris challenged his release, and five months later Larsen was back in court, fighting to stay out of prison for a crime he didn't commit. Foreclosure crisis
When Harris took office in 2011, California was still reeling from the effects of the subprime mortgage crisis. In 2012, she participated in the National Mortgage Settlement against five banks, securing for homeowners weighed down by average debt of close to $65,000 each — around $1,500 to $2,000 each. One called it “a slap in the face for a lot of us.”[268] Under the deal, loans owned by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac didn't qualify for the debt relief. Given they were the country's biggest mortgage holders, this meant even fewer homeowners stood to benefit from the deal. Only 84,102 California families had any mortgage debt forgiven — far short of the 250,000 originally predicted. Writing in the LA Times, Michael Hiltzik savaged the deal and what he called the “rosy self-congratulation” that followed it, particularly the new foreclosure standards it imposed, which he called a “big whoop.” “The provisions mostly require mortgage lenders and servicers to comply with what I would have thought was already the law, which prohibits, you know, criminal fraud,” he wrote.[269] Harris opened her Mortgage Fraud Strike Force to much fanfare in 2011. It employed twenty-five Department of Justice lawyers and investigators with a budget of more than $2 million to go after foreclosure fraud. The strike force managed to prosecute just ten cases in three years, an East Bay Express investigation in 2014 found.[270] The paper found that not only had the strike force prosecuted less foreclosure fraud cases than many other states, but it had filed fewer lawsuits than attorneys general in smaller states with fewer victims, and even fewer than some county district attorneys. Yet California led the country in terms of such scam operations, with many thousands of complaints since 2010. One housing rights activist who had lost his home in a fraud called the strike force a “public relations effort.” The Intercept obtained a 2013 memo to Harris from prosecutors in the attorney general's office saying they had “uncovered evidence suggestive of widespread misconduct” at OneWest bank, and urging Harris to “conduct a full investigation of a national bank’s misconduct and provide a public accounting of what happened.”[271] Yet Harris never did. In 2016, Steven Mnuchin donated $2,000 to Harris's campaign,[272] making her the only 2016 Senate Democratic candidate to get cash from Mnuchin.[273] Refused to investigate police sex trafficing ringAn underage sex-trafficking scandal implicated dozens of police officers and other local authorities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Oakland went through two police chiefs trying to address it, with a third doing only questionably better. People were pleading for Harris's office to step in and oversee an independent investigation,[274] since local governments seemed more motivated to quash a public relations nightmare than punish public officials. Harris and her office refused to intervene.[275] Prosecutorial misconductIn 2015, Harris defended convictions obtained by county prosecutors who had inserted a false confession into an interrogation transcript, committed perjury, and withheld evidence. Federal appeals court threw out the convictions, telling Harris's lawyers, "Talk to the attorney general and make sure she understands the gravity of the situation." Harris appealed the dismissal of an indictment when it was discovered a Kern County prosecutor perjured in submitting a falsified confession as court evidence. Harris asserted that prosecutorial perjury was not sufficient to demonstrate prosecutorial misconduct.[276][277] Religious discriminationA Sikh man was barred from working as a prison guard because of his religiously mandated beard. Harris argued that his beard prevented him from being properly fitted with a gas mask, thus disqualifying him from the job, despite California's corrections and rehabilitation department's regulations allowing guards to have beards for certain medical reasons. A number of civil rights and legal organizations wrote Harris a letter pointing out this inconsistency. She argued that the medical exemption only applied to guards who passed the mask fitting before the policy took effect, although the man's attorney said this was untrue.[278] U.S. SenateHarris was elected to the Senate in 2016. She serves on the Senate Committee on the Budget, Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, Select Committee on Intelligence and Committee on the Judiciary. In the Senate Harris has earned a reputation for her rudeness and bullying. Harris was the very first Democratic operative to initiate the orchestrated disruptions of the Kavanaugh Hearings. During the hearings she referred to a pocket-sized version of the U.S. Constitution as "that book you carry" while addressing another Senator.[279] Harris earned the distinction as Most Dishonest Senator.[280] 2nd AmendmentHarris earned an "F" rating from the National Rifle Association.[281] TaxesHarris opposed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 which has spawned the current recovery,[282] and has proposed her own set of alternative socialist tax increases.[283] Democratic SocialismIn early 2013, mainly Democratic Socialists of America aligned activists, together with many elected officials across the United States came together to urge President Obama to award posthumously the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the legendary organizer, Fred Ross, Sr. The Saul Alinsky trained radical was the first to organize people through house meetings, a mentor to both Cesar Chavez and DSAer Dolores Huerta, and a pioneer in Latino voter outreach since 1949 when he helped elect Communist Party USA affiliate Ed Roybal[284] as Los Angeles's first Latino council member, "Ross’ influence on social change movements remains strong two decades after his death in 1992". Endorsers of the proposal included Kamala Harris.[285] Kavanaugh smear
Staff members for Sen. Harris submitted an undated handwritten letter to committee investigators that her California office had received signed under the alias “Jane Doe from Oceanside, California.” Three days before Kavanaugh's confirmation vote, Judy Munro-Leighton wrote an email to the committee claiming, “I am Jane Doe from Oceanside CA — Kavanaugh raped me.” Under questioning, Munro-Leighton admitted she was a left-wing activist who never met Kavanaugh. After Kavanaugh's confirmation, the Senate Judiciary Committee referred her to the DOJ and FBI for criminal prosecution because she lied to Congress.[286] Harris' stupidity & Genocidal PalestiniansOn Sep 29, 2021, for probable fear of being seen as anti woke, she didn't clarify the facts, at a Yemeni/Iranian[287] Muslim bigot student's libelous terminogy about a so called "genocide" -ironically- on IDF (who fights against genocidal Palestinian terror Hamas[288] etc. the only side that targets[289] the unarmed intentionally). Her damage control after that and clear statement that she opposes[290] that statement by that "student", did little to undue her sheer dangerous[291] stupidity. FamilyDonald Trump keepin' it real with Snoop Dogg. Meanwhile, Kamala Harris claimed she used to listen to Snoop Dogg when she was in college (during the 1980s). Snoop Dogg hadn't released his first album until 1993. Harris is a child of privilege. She was born in Oakland in 1964. Her father is from Jamaica and her mother from India. Her father, who is of mixed race, is a descendant of Jamaican plantation slave owners. She has less than half African ancestry. Her mother is from the rich class of India's caste system. Both were research scientists at the University of California at Berkeley. She grew up in a privileged neighborhood. Like Obama, her family has no connection to the historical and cultural experiences of American Blacks who lived under slavery and segregation. While contemplating a run for the presidency. Harris married Doug Emhoff in 2014, a Los Angeles-based managing partner of a law firm. According to The New Yorker, between her break-up with Willie Brown in the mid-1990s and her first marriage at the age of 50 she had no longterm heterosexual relationships with men.[292] Another July 2019 New Yorker profile portrays Willie Brown as a major influence on Harris while her husband is portrayed as a political prop and nuisance. The author quotes a longtime donor to Harris who suggests she would have stayed single if it weren't for her presidential ambitions, saying, "When she married Doug, I knew she was running for President."[293] Harris, who has been pre-occupied with her career and has used sex to advance her ambitions, has no children. Her sister is Maya Harris, an MSNBC political analyst. Maya's husband worked on the Biden Crime Bill of 1994 which led to the mass incarceration of 2.5 million blacks.[294] Approval ratingAs of Dec 15, 2021: Half of registered voters disapprove of Kamala Harris' work as VP: poll Fifty percent of registered voters disapprove of the job Kamala Harris is doing as vice president, a new poll has found.[295] Further reading
