Xavier Becerra (born January 26, 1958 in Sacramento, California), a Democrat, was appointed Commissar of Health and Human Services in the Biden junta. Becerra is not a medical doctor nor holds any degree in science. due to his medical incompetence more than 380 thousands died in first year from China virus.[1]
Becerra claims the federal government has the right to send jackbooted thugs to your door to inspect if your vaccination papers are in order.[2][3]

Background
Becerra formerly was the United States Representative for California's 34th congressional district, representing Los Angeles. Previously he served one-term in the California State Assembly. Becerra is a staunch liberal, and was appointed to the new position of "assistant to the Speaker" by Nancy Pelosi, where he helped set priorities for the Democratic Party's agenda. He was also a member of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee.
In 2001, Becerra unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination for Mayor of Los Angeles, but finished fifth behind former Assembly Speaker Antonio Villaraigosa.

According to Politico,[4] White House and Health and Human Services officials were frustrated after being left with the task of cleaning up remarks about the Mexican border by Symone Sanders, senior spokesperson for border czar Kamala Harris. Sanders told reporters that Biden and Harris “have instructed [HHS Secretary Xavier] Becerra to do a thorough investigation” of the El Paso army base where migrant children locked in cages. But Psaki and others had to tell The Guardian that no such investigation exists. “At no time did The White House recommend a probe of the facility,” a White House spokesman told The Guardian.[5] CBS News also reported that a White House official said that Biden did not order a formal investigation.[6]
According to a whistleblower complaint, children were forced to sleep in tents that “were dirty and often had a foul odor,” at times smelling of sewage at the Fort Bliss, Texas army base, one of the camps the Biden junta used to hold 5,000 children. Children were not given prompt medical care when experiencing health crises, including one girl who had a panic attack after learning that her old sister was dying and another who, after not receiving her period for months, began bleeding profusely. One 13-year-old from Honduras at Fort Bliss recounted that a friend was served raw or undercooked chicken “that still had feathers in it.”[7]
The complaint was sent to various congressional committees and to the Health and Human Services (HHS) inspector general. The Health and Human Services Department hired a water-and-fire damage repair contractor with no training to supervise migrant children at the Texas army base. As of July 2021 there were roughly 14,500 children in HHS custody at several of its concentration camps. When border czar Kamala Harris visited Texas in June 2021, she studiously avoided Fort Bliss.

Becerra: Senator, I have to get back to you on that one. I'm not familiar with that study.
Sen. Paul: Well, you think you might want to be if you're going to travel the country insulting the millions of Americans, including NBA star Jonathan Isaac, who have had covid, recovered, and look at a study with 2.5 million people and say, 'Well, you know, what it looks like my immunity is as good as a vaccine or not'. And in a free country, maybe ought to be able to make that decision. Instead, you've chosen to travel the country calling people like Jonathan Isaac and others, myself included. 'flat earthers'. We find that very insulting. It goes against the science. Are you a doctor or a medical doctor?
Becerra: I've worked over 30 years on health care.
Sen. Paul: You're not a medical doctor. Do you have a science degree?
Becerra: [inaudible]
Sen. Paul: And yet you travel the country calling people, 'flat earthers', who have had covid, looked at studies of millions of people and made their own personal decision that their immunity they naturally acquired, is sufficient. But you presume, somehow, to tell over a hundred million Americans who have survived covid that we have no right to determine our own medical care. You alone are on high, and you've made these decisions. A lawyer with no scientific background, no medical degree. This is an arrogance, coupled with an authoritarianism, that is unseemly and un-American. You sir, the one ignoring the science, the vast preponderance of scientific studies, dozens and dozens, show robust, long-lasting immunity after covid infection. Even the CDC does not recommend measles vaccine if you have measles immunity. The same was true for smallpox. But you ignore history and science to shame the 'flat earthers', as you call them. You should be ashamed of yourself and apologize to the American people for being dishonest about naturally acquired immunity.[10]

Becerra hired Imran Awan in 2004. When Becerra became chairman of the Democratic Caucus in 2013, that office began paying Imran's wife Alvi $25,000 to $30,000 a year in addition to the payments from Becerra’s personal office, meaning he was responsible for far more of the payments to the Awan family than any other member. By 2016, Becerra put Imran's brother Abid on his payroll as well.[11] Becerra paid Imran at least $130,811.[12] Becerra never reported any of Awan's illegal activities to the police, which Becerra was aware of.[13]
