John Forbes Kerry, born December 11, 1943 (age 80), is a Uighur holocaust denier[1] and the Biden junta climate czar. He formerly was the 68th United States Secretary of State and formerly served as a U.S. Senator from Massachusetts since 1984; he was considered one of the more liberal senators.[2][3] In the 2004 Presidential election, he ran an unsuccessful bid for the presidency as the Democrat Party's nominee, losing to Republican incumbent president George W. Bush.

Kerry holds a $1 million stake in a Chinese investment group that the U.S. Department of Commerce blacklist for being "human rights violations and abuses in the implementation of China's campaign of repression, mass arbitrary detention, and high-technology surveillance against Uyghurs, Kazakhs, and other members of Muslim minority groups."[4] Kerry was a former Chairman of the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He became extremely wealthy through his second marriage. Kerry has a record throughout his lifetime and career of betraying U.S. interests and allies.[5]

Biden junta

Climate Czar John Kerry went to China to discuss climate change and received the cold shoulder. The Taliban was more welcome. Kerry was given only a video conference with senior leaders, which could have been done from home in the United States.[6]

In February 2021 John Kerry announced the planet had only 9 years to live due to the alleged "climate crisis."[7]

According to a financial disclosure report Kerry filed in 2021, Kerry holds "over $1,000,000" in investments in Hillhouse China Value Fund L.P. Hillhouse is a top shareholder in YITU Technology, which is involved in China's high-tech surveillance operation against the Uyghur people and helped develop a facial surveillance software for the Chinese government that sorts individuals by race and ethnicity, according to the New York Times.[8] In 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce added YITU to its trade restriction blacklist.

The Hillhouse China Value Fund is part of the Hillhouse Capital Group, an investment powerhouse run by Chinese businessman Zhang Lei. Zhang sits on Shanghai's Artificial Intelligence Strategy Expert Advisory Board. Zhang was listed as a member of the China-United States Exchange Foundation, an organization tied to the Chinese government's overseas influence operations.[9] Zhang and Hillhouse group also bankrolled the Gaoling School of Artificial Intelligence at the government-run Renmin University, according to the school's website. The Chinese government has set a goal of becoming the global leader in artificial intelligence by 2030, prompting concern from U.S. national security experts who say it is using the technology for militarization and exerting totalitarian-like control over dissidents and domestic minority groups.

As climate Czar, Kerry focused on discussions with China, the top global greenhouse gas producer. Kerry downplayed China's persecution of the Uyghur people while attempting to negotiate climate change agreements with the Chinese government. "Life is always full of tough choices," said Kerry when asked if it was necessary to trade human rights for climate concessions.[10]

Logan Act violations

Junta officials, including John Kerry and Robert Malley, had meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif during the Trump administration that were orchestrated to undermine President Trump/ Zarif held face-to-face meetings with Obama administration veterans who could return to power "to devise a political strategy to undermine the Trump administration" and usher in softer diplomacy between the U.S. and Iran.[11]

Senate investigators concluded,

The records acquired by the Committees show that Hunter Biden and his family were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe. Hunter Biden and Archer, in particular, formed significant and consistent financial relationships with the corrupt oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky during their time working for Burisma and their firms made millions of dollars from that association while Joe Biden was vice president and the public face of the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy. Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, received $3.5 million in a wire transfer from Elena Baturina, who allegedly received illegal construction contracts from her husband, the former mayor of Moscow. Moreover, Archer’s apparent receipt of money for a car from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan while Vice President Biden was in Kyiv is especially concerning in light of the timing. And finally, Biden and Archer’s work with Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime illustrate the deep financial connections that accelerated while his father was vice president and continued after he left office.

Biden and Archer found willing partners in Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime. Their work in China began at least in 2009, with the creation of Rosemont Seneca Partners with Chris Heinz, Secretary of State John Kerry’s stepson. Then, several years later, Biden and Archer formed BHR with Bohai Capital and received their business license approval in China shortly after Biden visited China with his father, Vice President Biden.

Hunter Biden’s connections and financial associations appear to have accelerated significantly after he associated himself with Ye Jianming, who had deep connections with the Communist regime and PLA. However, that didn’t seem to have any impact on Hunter Biden, who made millions from the relationship. Indeed, Hunter Biden and his family, to include James and Sara Biden, associated with other Chinese nationals such as Gongwen Dong. In one case, the three of them went on a $100,000 global spending spree after Gongwen Dong and Hunter Biden opened a joint account.[12] In addition, Hunter Biden received millions of dollars over a period of years from Gongwen Dong’s companies. According to records acquired by the Committees, many of these transactions involved potential criminal financial activity.[13]

No record of Hunter Biden filing as a lobbyist or agent of a foreign power under the FARA Act exists.[14]

Secretary of State

From 2013 to 2017, Kerry was the Secretary of State of the United States of America. In his office he supported the opposition in the Syrian Civil War and wanted to attack Bashar al-Assad, but Russia could persuade him.[15]

Kerry was spotted cruising on his luxury boat near Nantucket during the Egyptian crisis the summer of 2013, which the Obama Administration initially denied even after being shown a picture that proved it. After the Egyptian military has set down elected President Mohamed Morsi, Kerry said that the army had "restored democracy".[16]

Kerry called Russia an "Authoritarian Country".[17]

On December 28, 2016, just a few weeks before the Trump Administration was to take office and a few days after the leftist Obama Administration allowed an anti-Israel resolution to pass the UN and break decades of policy, Kerry gave a major 72-minute[18] speech viciously attacking Israel and paying worthless lip-service to American "support" for the nation.[19] Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded harshly but appropriately to the Administration's blatant betrayal.[20] Other world leaders, such as United Kingdom Prime Minister Theresa May, also criticized Kerry.[21]

Rosemont Seneca Partners

Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son, and Christopher Heinz, John Kerry's stepson, formed Rosemont Seneca Partners, a private equity firm in 2009 with their friend, Devon Archer. The three friends established a series of related LLCs.[22] It was anchored to Rosemont Capital, the alternative investment fund of the Heinz family fortune.[23] The fund grew quickly. According to an email revealed as part of a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, Rosemont described themselves as “a $2.4 billion private equity firm co-owned by Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz,” with Devon Archer as “Managing Partner.”

Archer was convicted in Manhattan Federal Court for the fraudulent issuance and sale of more than $60 Million of tribal bonds.[24]

China

Five months into the Obama administration in June 2009 Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, stepson of Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair John Kerry formed Rosemount Seneca. The firm partnered with the Thornton Group run by James Bulger, and the Bank of China, to form Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) in China. Devon Archer is a longtime friend of former Secretary of State John Kerry and of stepson Chris Heinz and James Bulger, the nephew of notorious Boston gangster "Whitey" Bulger. Whitey Bulger was the head of the Boston Irish mafia who enjoyed federal protection under FBI director Robert Mueller as an informant.[25] Bulger was convicted of 19 murders that occurred while under Mueller's protection; some have linked the Bulger klan to as many as 52 murders while Mueller ran the Boston FBI field office.[26] Whitey Bulger was murdered in prison at the age of 89 a few months before the Mueller Report was released.

The Bank of China is owned by the Chinese government and closely connected with the Chinese military and intelligence services. Biden, Heinz, and Archer transferred and sold "duel use" technology to the Chinese military which was used to create the Chinese drone program and replicate the Chinese version of the F-15 fighter.[27]

Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) invested in an app the Chinese leftwing communist government is using to surveil ethnic minority Muslims in western China. Over one million Muslims living in the region are now incarcerated in Chinese gulags.

Ukraine

In December 2015 The New York Times reported on Joe Biden, His Son and the Case Against a Ukrainian Oligarch. The story focuses on Hunter Biden, Burisma Holdings, and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, who was Ukraine's ecology minister under former President Viktor F. Yanukovych before he was forced into exile.[28]

U.S. banking records show Hunter Biden's American-based firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers into one of its accounts — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Vice President Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine and its tense relations with Russia. Vice President Joe Biden threatens Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending the former Soviet republic toward insolvency, if it didn't immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin who was investigating his son, Hunter Biden, on the board of the Ukrainian oil and gas company Burisma Holdings. Joe Biden recounted, "'You’re not getting the billion'. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money...Well, [SOB], he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time."[29][30]

The status of an independent Ukraine became the focus of much fake news reporting by the Washington Post to drive a wedge between President Donald Trump's efforts to improve relations with the Russian Federation following the disastrous foreign policy of President Barack Obama, which created a "zone of chaos" throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucus region.

Iranian collusion

Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif claimed that Kerry informed him of more than 200 Israeli operations in Syria. Kerry shocked Zarif by revealing that Israel had attacked Iranian targets in Syria more than 200 times.[31]

2004 Presidential election

During his 2004 campaign for President, several groups were formed, most notably the Swift Vets and POWs for Truth,[32] to counter the charges of "war crimes" Kerry repeatedly made against Vietnam veterans (see below) and to call Kerry's military record into question, accusing him of inflicting his own wounds,[33] going to unusual lengths to obtain his Purple Hearts,[34] and attacking unarmed civilians. Swift Boat Veterans for Truth had been criticized, firstly because no member of the group served on the actual boat that Kerry commanded and secondly for perceived contradiction. As an example, Kerry's commanding officer, George Elliott, signed an affidavit for the Swift Boat veterans claiming that with the information he had now, he would not have recommended Kerry for the military honor, but later repudiated his affidavit, stating that Kerry had deserved the honor.[35] In 2006, after the election bid, he proceeded to appear on Real Time with Bill Maher, and proceeded to joke about assassinating President Bush where he said, in response to Bill Maher's comment about he could have gone to New Hampshire and killed two birds with one stone, "Or, I [Kerry] could have gone to 1600 Pennsylvania and killed the real bird with one stone.", with him being shameless enough in the joke that he posted it on his own website. As further indication of Liberal bias, this joke was ignored by the mainstream media, despite their demanding a Secret Service investigation on GOP senator Jesse Helms for a similar joke regarding then-President Bill Clinton in 1994.[36] Similarly, the joke was also largely ignored, yet, when Ted Nugent inferred during a press conference that he'd end up either "dead or in jail" if Obama asked him to serve in the military, the latter ended up sending the Secret Service to pay Nugent a visit.[37]

Violation of election laws

In 2007 the Federal Election Commission fined the Kerry campaign $1.3 million for spending more than federal rules allow during his 2004 Presidential bid. In order to receive public funds, Kerry, a former Democrat senator from Massachusetts, and his running mate, former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards, agreed to spend $74.6 million or less on their general election campaign against President Bush.[38][39] In 2009 the FEC fined a George Soros-backed group $775,000 for its unregulated spending during the 2004 election on behalf of Democrats, including Democratic Presidential candidate John F. Kerry.[40]

U.S. Senate

Iraq War

Kerry voted to give President George W. Bush the authority to go to war with Iraq in 2002, although in his 2004 Presidential bid he campaigned as being opposed to the war, and later said regarding his vote to give the President that authority, "There's nothing - nothing - in my life in public service I regret more, nothing even close. We should all be willing to say: I was wrong, I should not have voted for the Iraq War Resolution." [41] Kerry's initial vote on the matter and subsequent revision on the topic caused many to label him a "flip-flopper" during his 2004 presidential bid.[42]

On October 30, 2006, eight days before the 2006 elections, Kerry was a headline speaker at a campaign rally being held for unsuccessful Democrat California gubernatorial candidate Phil Angelides at Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California. Speaking to an audience composed mainly of college students, Kerry said, "

“ You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq. ”

After being criticized by President Bush and other leaders, in an effort to be funny Kerry stated "Let me make it crystal clear, as crystal clear as I know how. I apologize to no one for my criticism of the president and of his broken policy."

After two days, Kerry wrote an apology on his blog, claiming to be sorry if anyone 'misinterpreted his comments'.

Military career

Kerry enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve in February 1966 and began active service that August as Ensign aboard the USS Gridley, a Guided Missile Frigate deployed in the Gulf of Tonkin. During his tour of duty, Kerry requested his second tour be in Vietnam, listing his preferred position as commanding a Fast Patrol Craft (PCF) or "Swift Boat." His request was granted, and on November 17, 1968, he reported to Cam Ranh Bay for a month of training.

The Swift Boats had been considered to be a safe place to be during the war, but during that time their role was changed to become more dangerous and combat oriented. During his few months of service, Kerry recommended himself for the Silver Star, the Bronze Star, and three Purple Hearts. After his third minor injury, he was permitted to request reassignment as per Navy instruction 1300.39 and felt Vietnam on April 2, 1969, less than 5 months after arriving.

Upon returning stateside, he served as personal aide to Rear Admiral Walter Schlech until March 1970 when his active duty obligation had ended. Kerry continued serving in the Naval Reserves until February 1972.

Vietnam record

Kerry's military service in the Vietnam War has been tainted with his subsequent distortion of facts regarding his tour of duty which was exposed during the 2004 presidential election. Marine Corps Maj. Michael E. McBride wrote in Townhall.com, Mr. Kerry "has always had the power to clear up any of the Swiftboater challenges; all he had to do is allow the Navy to distribute unaltered copies of his service record, medical records, and DD214. It is essential that these records come from Department of Defense, so that they cannot be tampered with by Kerry or his supporters. The DOD copies are the true copies of record and the only viable evidence for these matters." Maj. McBride, citing Mr. Kerry's long reluctance to do, so goes on to write, "it is unlikely that any credible evidence exists to refute the base charges of the Swiftboaters."

He concludes, "If any of my ex-squadron mates dumped on me like the Swift boat vets are dumping on Kerry, my records would have been available the next day ... ." [43]

Kerry also claimed on multiple occasions to have been in Cambodia during the Christmas of 1968. When his claim was shown to be very improbable, his subordinates agreed that he was incorrect, but stated he was still there at a later time—a claim that likewise is considered to be dubious.[44]

An internal memorandum for Attorney General John Mitchell from a Nixon staffer released by the National Archives in July 2007 revealed the Nixon White House had considered recruiting John Kerry. The memorandum states in part,

“ He was asked the direct question of how he voted in 1968. He said "if he had voted (which he did not), he would have voted for Nixon." [45] ”

Allegations against fellow veterans

Upon returning from Vietnam, Kerry joined Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW), and became a chief spokesman for the anti-war movement.

Controversially referring to US servicemen in Vietnam before Sen. William Fulbright's Foreign Affairs Committee as having been sent "to die for the biggest mistake in history," Kerry alleged that the military had "created a monster" in the form of violence-prone American soldiers, and recounted that soldiers had personally recollected stories of having "personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads," of Vietnamese citizens and rampaging across Vietnam "[razing] villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan".[46] That these acts were "not isolated incidents but crimes committed on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command." [47]

On NBC's Meet The Press in 1971, Kerry was asked whether he had personally committed atrocities in Vietnam. He responded:

“ There are all kinds of atrocities, and I would have to say that, yes, yes, I committed the same kind of atrocities as thousands of other soldiers have committed in that I took part in shootings in free fire zones. I conducted harassment and interdiction fire. I used 50 caliber machine guns, which we were granted and ordered to use, which were our only weapon against people. I took part in search and destroy missions, in the burning of villages. All of this is contrary to the laws of warfare, all of this is contrary to the Geneva Conventions and all of this is ordered as a matter of written established policy by the government of the United States from the top down. And I believe that the men who designed these, the men who designed the free fire zone, the men who ordered us, the men who signed off the air raid strike areas, I think these men, by the letter of the law, the same letter of the law that tried Lieutenant Calley, are war criminals."[48] ”

Later life

In May 2018, Kerry was caught engaging in "shadow diplomacy" with Iranian and European officials in an ultimately unsuccessful attempt to save the Iran nuclear deal that he helped negotiate in 2015, a possible violation of the Logan Act.[49]

Kerry was a potential "dark horse" nominee for the Democrat Party in 2020, if none of the contenders could obtain a majority to win the nomination. However, Joe Biden was able to seal it. As the leftwing junta climate czar, Kerry announced in 2021 that the planet has only 9 years before the climate apocalypse.[50]
