Ixnay on the fighter jets to Ukraine….

It turns out that the countries donating fighter jets to Ukraine have decided not to do so, according to new reports this morning:
It’s official – Europe won’t transfer fighter planes to Ukraine. Poland decided not to, and Slovakian defense ministry spokesperson confirms to me just now: “Slovakia will not provide fighter jets to Ukraine.”

This is from the Politico reporter who wrote the original story yesterday.
I don’t know if this is because of pressure from Russia or something else. McCleary didn’t write an article expounding on why this happened.
I was honestly hoping Poland, of all places, would come through for Ukraine. But I guess that’s too big an ask.
