Eric Swalwell Demands Russian Students Be Kicked Out of American Universities

‘This is the largest invasion in Europe since World War II’
Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell has called on the United States to deport Russian college students in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
During an interview on “CNN Newsroom,” Rep. Swalwell said:
“Frankly, I think closing their embassy in the United States, kicking every Russian student out of the United States, those should be on the table.”
He added that “Vladimir Putin needs to know every day that he is in Ukraine, there are more severe options that could come.”
“This is the largest invasion in Europe since World War II, and these are the harshest sanctions that any country has experienced since World War II,” the congressman added.
“There will be more to come,” he said.
Last week, Western allies decided to increase sanctions placed on Russia by blocking Russian banks from accessing the SWIFT network.
Leadership from the European Commission, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States all committed to amplifying financial sanctions by prohibiting Russian banks from using the telecommunications network for domestic transactions.
The prevention of Russia from utilizing the SWIFT network would effectively isolate them and make it difficult for the Russian economy from making either short- or long-term gains.
The sanctions also interfere with Russia’s ability to export natural gas and oil.
Russia’s fuel exports comprise more than half of Russia’s GDP.
Another one of Russia’s most iconic exports, vodka, is also affected by Western sanctions.

The Canadian government is stopping the sale and importation of Russian-made products. And in the United States, several state governments have called for the removal of Russian vodka from liquor stores.
After invading Ukraine, Russia’s Russia’s economy began to crater.
As it stands, the Russian ruble is worth about 0.012 U.S. dollars.
The Russian currency is less valuable than some in-game currencies for video games.
Meanwhile, a top Ukrainian government official blamed the Biden administration and the Democrats for the Russian invasion of Ukraine because of their weakness toward foreign policy/.

The official spoke to The Daily Wire on the condition of anonymity about the Biden administration’s role in the war.
“If Democrats weren’t such pussies in foreign policy, this might not have happened,” they blasted.
As Russian forces edge close to the capital city of Kyiv, Ukraine has continued to put up a fight.
Biden is trying to avoid a foreign policy disaster along what occurred last summer with the American withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The advice from Ukraine, not surprisingly, is to send them more of everything, something that the official clearly believes Biden and Obama, for that matter, should have been doing already.
